I visited this car wash on June 22 during a very busy afternoon. There were four separate lines of…read morevehicles feeding into the wash tunnel. After entering the tunnel and placing my car in neutral, I quickly noticed that my vehicle was getting dangerously close to the car in front of me. I eventually had to apply my brakes to avoid hitting it. At the same time, I looked in my rearview mirror and saw that the car behind me was experiencing the same issue. The conveyor continued pushing vehicles forward, and the car behind me ultimately struck my rear bumper multiple times. After several minutes, the staff finally shut down the wash and instructed the vehicle at the front of the tunnel to move forward so the rest of us could exit. Once I reached the vacuum area, I inspected my vehicle and found scratches on my rear bumper. The driver behind me and I were both frustrated and confused by what had happened. More concerning was the fact that no staff member came out to address the incident. We went into the office to report it, but the attendant simply handed us a form and told us they would provide video footage so we could handle the matter ourselves with the vehicle at the front of the line. What was especially frustrating was that the car wash made no apparent effort to stop or identify the vehicle at the front of the line that contributed to the backup inside the tunnel. When we asked about that vehicle, we were simply told that they had already left. No attempt appeared to have been made to retain the driver's information or assist the affected customers in resolving the situation. In my opinion, the car wash allowed vehicles to enter too closely together, leaving very little margin for error if a vehicle failed to exit the tunnel promptly. The incident itself was concerning, but the lack of accountability and customer service afterward was even more disappointing. If you're concerned about the safety of your vehicle, I would think twice before using this car wash.
