I prefer the Nissan Infiniti in bayside but unfortunately sometimes you have to make decisions quickly unfortunately had rely on legendary greed . They waste your time and make small talk but it's fake and they can't even give proper discounts. The place is so cheap they have don't even give water . They treat customers like fools. There's a QR code for google reviews on the desk and I personally have no idea who would be impressed.

They sold me a BMW X5, 6 months ago, and I am still waiting for them to give me the title. After an exhausting amount of calls, letters and emails and showing up at UEA's office, Anthony and Sara Deo, owners, agreed to and promised to give me a refund two months ago but failed to do so. They have only given me the run around and only contacted me after I posted a review of them. They demanded that I remove the post, followed by menacing calls from their employee, Richard Toporek. As a result, I contacted Nassau County Police who visited UEA and were met by an armed security guard and employee, Richard Toporek, which resulted in a police report. The owners, Anthony and Sara Deo are MIA and don't take responsibilities for this dealership and their employees' actions. I am now forced to hire an lawyer to file a suit against UEA and contacted the NYS DMV for assistance. This has been a nightmare with UEA. Unethical owners, employees and business practices.

As a trusting citizen, I am I was guaranteed with a 4 month Lemon law warranty in writing. The next day whilst driving the car I hear rattling from the rear end and a little wobbly action coming from the front left side. Having owned many cars previously it left me somewhat perturbed. Well, long story short I took it to my mechanic, explained what I experience driving the car. The next day he called me with devastating news. The Four hydraulic shocks were leaking and needed to be replaced for safety reasons. Wait for it each one costs $2000 plus labor! I immediately reached out to SZ Motors and they informed me that they were not covered by there warranty! Are you kidding me? Please BUYERS beware of this Slealership.

I ultimately didn't purchase a car here but got right up to the finish line with them - and they were pros the whole way. They brought the car to get inspected by a well reputed nearby garage, and the inspector had great things to say about the car's condition. I dealt primarily with Jay who was very good and I would recommend. Most importantly they were professionals when I didn't purchase and returned my deposit right away. In general it feels more like a dealership experience than a traditional "used car dealer".

I brought my nearly new 2026 BMW M2 to Rallye BMW after the rear lower diffuser became detached…read moreduring normal driving. Shortly before I noticed the problem, I had driven through a puddle on the highway. I did not strike a curb, road debris, a pothole, or anything else. Once the diffuser came loose, part of it contacted the ground and was damaged. Rallye's technician confirmed that the diffuser was damaged and that tabs on the supporting trim piece were broken. Nevertheless, Rallye denied warranty coverage, classifying the problem as "outside influence." What Rallye did not do was identify any impact point, show me evidence that the vehicle had struck something, or explain precisely what the alleged outside influence was. Their conclusion appeared to be based solely on the fact that parts were broken, even though my position from the beginning was that the diffuser detached first and was damaged afterward. I declined to pay Rallye for the repair and took the car to an independent automotive specialist who routinely works on high performance sports cars, exotic cars, and luxury vehicles. He inspected the vehicle, secured the remaining portion of the diffuser at no charge, and ensured that the car was completely safe to drive. I am leaving for vacation and needed to know that the vehicle was secure and safe for the trip. The specialist confirmed that it was. When I return, I intend to take the car back to him for the permanent repair unless Rallye contacts me and agrees to resolve the matter. He estimates that replacing the affected piece, including installation, will cost approximately $350. That estimate makes Rallye's decision even more disappointing. My wife and I purchased two BMWs from Rallye within roughly six months. I purchased my 2026 BMW M2 in November 2025, and my wife purchased an additional BMW in May 2026. Despite that recent business and the possibility of future purchases and service, Rallye was apparently willing to lose our confidence and future business over a repair costing approximately $350 at retail. Unfortunately, this was not my first frustrating experience with Rallye's service department. I purchased additional tire and wheel protection coverage with my vehicle. On a previous occasion, when tire repairs were needed, I was initially told that I would have to pay a deductible despite the additional coverage I had purchased. Thankfully, my salesman, Bert Vargas, intervened on my behalf and helped get that matter resolved. Bert has been an excellent salesman and has consistently been responsive, helpful, and willing to advocate for me. My criticism is not directed at him. In fact, the fact that he had to intervene illustrates the difference between the excellent assistance I received from my salesman and my repeated frustrations with Rallye's service and customer care departments. Before posting this review, I contacted dealership management directly, explained the diffuser situation in detail, and gave them a clear opportunity to respond. I provided a specific deadline simply asking them to acknowledge the matter and tell me how they intended to proceed. That deadline passed without even the courtesy of a response. This is no longer primarily about the cost of the repair. It is about Rallye BMW refusing warranty coverage without identifying any actual impact or outside cause, a recurring lack of satisfactory customer service, and management failing to respond when given a final opportunity to address the problem professionally. BMW calls its vehicles "The Ultimate Driving Machine." Unfortunately, my experience with Rallye BMW's service, warranty decisions, and customer care has not come close to meeting that standard. An "Ultimate Driving Machine" should be able to drive through a puddle on the highway without being damaged. If it cannot, that is precisely what the warranty should cover. Fix it. They refused. Rallye BMW has lost a customer.
