Interior is really beautiful, clean, and relaxing. Not a very busy or loud place on a Sunday afternoon before Masters week. I got cat-eye gel and my friend got a very relaxing pedicure. I liked how well they took care of my cuticles and my friend loved some of the add ons to the pedicure like heated neck pad and hot towels. we almost didn't come because of the reviews but once we saw the interior we had to come inside. THEY DESERVE ZERO STARS!!!! So, I'm just in town for a short visit and found this nail shop. The post one set of prices but then nickle and dime you for EVERYTHING! It's ridiculous. As for the service, they rush you through your pedicure abs then don't polish well. The main lady here is super rude too! I was going to get my nails done but after her attitude and the poor job of my technician (Daniel, I believe) I decided against it. It's sad when service is not paramount at a SERVICE BASED BUSINESS! My suggestion to them is: if you want to charge extra then at least provide something EXTRA in your service. Try being FRIENDLY and providing a SPA LIKE ENVIRONMENT! RACIST don't come. The lady energy is so dark and negative. She rolled her eyes as we came in and there was no one in there probably because her trash energy and vibes. Before I came and I showed her the picture and she said it would be $60 and today I want the same set I showed her before and she says "I want to let you know price so you don't say you don't want to pay" (one that's ignorant to think I wouldn't pay) and then says the set is $85 then rolled her eyes. Just moved from Houston and I needed a nice pedicure. The salon is very nice and clean and the service is amazing! They really took the time to clean my toes and even use the nail drill to get everything extra nice and clean. (I had white spots on my toenails from previous nail polish, why they used the nail drill). The massage was amazing and I feel like the nail tech did an art not just a service. Looking around I feel like it wasn't just my nail tech but all of them seem super nice and engaged with their customers and taking their time and giving them the needed attention. I went on a Saturday to get a pedicure and My nails done . my pedicure was great the older man there always does a great job on my feet . Andy's wife did my nails I got the dip. I was back the next day at opening . My nails were creaking and one the dip just creak total off ..the time of opening was 9:30 . I got there at 10 am both were not there yet I had to wait 30 mins for them to came. She was rude from the start. I was setting in my car on the phone she got out her car and walk over to my car a yelled what's wrong. I told her I would been in . Thank you .. When I got in she yelled at me and said, I should have ask for my nails to be drip more. She told me she and her husband had did my dip before. Now I have gotten gal from them but this was my first time getting a dip with them ..i could get in with my regular person. She told me , while yelling at me she said she would pull the camera film . I thought this was a little much.. I told her I'm not here to argue i just want nails fixed please . I was rush and handled rudely.. product was everywhere on my hand after dried. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!! my friend and i came here to get out nails done before prom and we made two appointments for 6, we arrived 15 minutes early and didn't end up leaving till around 9. we waited forever and people with who just walked in and didn't have appointments were getting their nails done before us. one of the ladies was exceptionally rude and washing pushing around my friend and i. my nails came out crooked and another lady i met at the salon was also very dissatisfied because her nails were also crooked. i've had these nails for a few days and the polish has already worn off. not to mention the tips she put on my nails look terrible... will not be coming back read more

HORRIBLE customer service....had 4 techs or whatever they call themselves working on my nails and they still couldnt get a simple shape.all I needed was a fill in keep the length and shape but somehow I ended up with uneven nails that had to be removed because too much product was piled onto my nails because THEY kept messing up.walked in with a full set and 2.5 hrs later walked out with NO NAILS....OH let's not forget after THEY messed up I had to take off MY OWN acrylic and file them down due to them having a conversation trying to place blame on each other for messing up my nails.As I was leaving this lady who messed up my nails, left me to take off my own acrylic, and after waiting 2.5 hrs to walk out without the service that I asked for had the NERVE to tell me to pay $10 dollars for THEM using product on nails I no longer had do to THEM not knowing what they were doing messing up...NOT one APOLOGY just a hushed "you come back I fix for you" Haha Haha I will NEVEr go back to that unprofessional establishment and I'll make sure NO ONE I cross paths with will go to that crappy place either....if you can't do nails you prob SHOULDN'T work in a nail salon....THIS PLACE IS A COMPLETE JOKE....TAKE YOUR BUSINESS TO HAPPY NAILS JUST 7 MIN DOWN THE RD THEY DEF KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING!!!!! read more

I tried this nail salon for the first and last time today. Worst mani/pedi of my life. They managed to get my entire mani/pedi done in 30-45 minutes when all others I have gotten took 2 hours. Anyway they came out great and she was very patient with me (I like my nails done a very particular way) I also got a pedicure and the last song my toes was very pleasant.
