At the time I purchases the phone, I told the agent, it was too small. He did not offer me the buyer's remorse. In fact, he told me to upgrade my phone through their upgrade program which ATT does not recommend. I had to pay approx. $200 for a restock fee. I paid $55 for a cell phone screen that I do not have use for now and they will not refund me. This company is interested in profits and dont care about customer service. If you call ATT for help, they will tell you this is a private store and they can not interfere. Run While You Can. - I used another cell phone provider and changed because of promotions being offered by ATT. I regret doing it because the terms change and they do not inform you of them. The manager of the store told me that the agent did me a favor by not offering buyers remorse. She is Wrong and trying to cover up for her and her staff's mistakes. And they will not let you speak to the owner of the store. Run While You Can. I made a big mistake choosing ATT for my cell phone services - do not become the next victim. I am sure they are going to respond with some crap but I stand behind my opinion and am willing to protest this business if I need to.

There were 2 other customers ahead of me getting their phones fixed so Aisha told me it would take about 2 hours before my service was finished (I was a walk-in). This place saved my phone camera! I dropped my iPhone 7+ two days before I left for vacation and…read morethe back camera stopped working. I originally went to Ubreakifix and they said they didn't carry it and they'd have to order the part, so I'd be out of a camera for vacation! I called ALL OVER ORLANDO and no one carried the part, except here. I spoke to Andrew and he put the part on hold for me for the next morning since they were about to close. It was about 30 minutes from my side of town, but I drove out and Andrew fixed my phone the next morning, and for less than anywhere else!! Score! I had my rear camera for my vacation and was able to take lots of pictures! Unfortunately, the new camera they put in shorted out my front camera on the phone. I didn't notice until after they closed and I was leaving the next morning, so I couldn't get it fixed. No biggie, just less selfies.‍ I called while gone and Adam told me to bring it back when I got in town. I took my phone back and Adam figured out it was shorted, replaced the rear camera with another one that wasn't defective, AND replaced my screen protector, for no charge!!!!
