If I could give 0 stars I would. For an iMac worth $1,700.00 in 6 months we ended up paying $2,700.00 and it was because we STOPPED! With this company and their way of "helping people" is like paying a 50% interest rate at a bank. It's better to go to a bank and get a 25% interest rate loan! Will never buy here again. First time here and I'm glad we came here from the yelp reviews and all the other locations to choose from! The store is located near Hotto Potto and the nail salon on Semoran. It's not sketchy or hard to find and upon entering the store you're immediately greeted by the staff there. The people in there was very highly experienced and they were willing to check if my phone was broken or if it was my LCD screen so I wouldn't have to pay for the free service of diagnosing my phone issue. To add on top of that they changed my screen in 20 mins!!!!!! My phone was a iPhone 6 Plus and the price was $69.99 for the LCD screen replacement. Thank you Experimac! So many nice things to say about this place! Customer service is always beyond amazing! The first time I brought my phone in was to replace my screen since it had fallen and cracked. Brought it in and left within 10-15 minutes! The second time I came in was to replace my battery and my charging port (I needed to hold the cable to the side to have it charging) Most places would just replace the part and give the phone back... but not them, I like how they made me feel included in the repair so I know exactly what was wrong with it. After putting everything back together, phone is charging like brand new and the battery lasts a lot longer than it had been. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs their iPhone or Mac fixed. This is the only location I'd bring my phone to! I have used ExperiMac at this location three times now and I simply cannot say enough nice things about this place. The first time I took a computer here it was a MacBook Pro that I had purchased from eBay. It had arrived with a cracked screen and a tar like substance on it. I thought I was looking at having to replace the entire screen which isn't cheap. They explained that I could just replace the glass and quoted a price that was so reasonable I almost felt bad. When I picked it up, not only did the screen look brand new, but they had also taken the time and effort to clean up the tar. It really looked brand new. The fact that they took the extra effort to do a great job really impressed me. The next time I came here was because my daughter had downloaded a virus on her MacBook Pro. They were able to remove the virus and get the laptop back to her very quickly. The last time I use them I was sure that my network card needed to be replaced. Internet speeds are dropped and I kept losing my Wi-Fi connection. Again I went there expecting to pay a few hundred dollars to have them install a new card, but they analyze the problem and found that it was a software problem, not a hardware problem. Again, the price they charge me was beyond reasonable. This place appears to be a family owned business and is run by some of the nicest and most honest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with in a long time. If you are a Mac or iPhone user like myself, I highly recommend that you use this specific store (the one on Semoran) in the event you ever have a problem with your Apple products. I had a particular need for a laptop w/ an older Mac OS. After looking all over, I found a mint 2015 MacBook Pro at a nearby Experimac, for a reasonable price! In just a couple of hours, he had the OS installed, and my process to install all my relevant files & applications was seamless. When I experienced a problem with the system (probably my fault), he fixed it, no charge. In an hour or so. Very friendly service! EFFICIENT, RELIABLE AND QUICK TURN-AROUND My MacBook broke down out of nowhere while working with a trip scheduled around the corner. Best Buy wouldn't even look at it and simply informed me of their 24 to 48 hour diagnosis time. In full-blown crisis mode, I ventured out to Experimac and was pleasantly surprised. Miguel was professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and he was able to diagnose my laptop in a very short amount of time. He and his associate went out of their way to rapidly get the parts I needed, since they knew I had an international trip coming up. Five hours later, my laptop was ready for pick-up, and I could not be happier! I am super impressed and I have become a lifetime customer of Experimac... I was waiting in the parking lot for the door to open at noon on a Sunday. I was getting very antsy but then they unlocked the door at 11:59a.m. Yay! A kind gentleman immediately met me at the counter. After diagnosing my iPhone issues I could see a troubled look in the man's face. I was worried it could not be fixed that day. But he was worried he could not fix it while I waited, LOL. He said it might be an hour to an hour and a half. I Could tell he was disappointed but quite frankly, I was thrilled.
