Expert Alignment & Brake is such a wonderful shop. I always recommend this place to my friends and family. They're very honest and I appreciate them so much! They're reasonably priced, are very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I recently had gone through some medical issues and ended up bringing my truck in because it was making noises. It had been a few months since I had driven due to a surgery. (I totally forgot to turn off my 4x4 since the last time I drove it was in the snow) They could have taken advantage of me but they didn't. They called right away and had me come pick it up and we had a good laugh. Another wonderful experience I had was when my brakes went out on my vehicle, they called me the same day and told me they actually found a warranty at the dealership and due to the warranty it would be at no cost if I brought it there. I couldn't believe how honest and for the people they were. They even provided me with the code for the warranty. Again they're the most trustworthy shop I could not recommend them more! I went in thinking I was going to need something major fixed on my 2015 Forester XT with the suspension or alignment because of a loud consistent noise I had at high speeds on turns.. Mel spotted the problem where the tire was rubbing, he adjusted the wheel-well & said, "Drive it and let me know" turns out that was it! Home with a fixed car and no bill to show for it! Went here under the previous owner. Was great, he was personable and did great work at a great price... Sadly all that is null and void now. The new owner was mostly terse if not outright rude when I scheduled my work. Next the service. It took way way longer then estimated because 2 bolts were striped (This was communicated to them before they started the job. Also remember these bolts we will come back to them.) After the work was done it ended up being far more expensive then the previous owner would have charged. Not the biggest problem. I have no issue with paying for quality work. Yet, here is where we fail. Less then 100 miles out of the shop the cv axle I had replaced starts knocking. At this point I am in the middle of nowhere WA omw to my new home to start a new job the next day. I have no choice but to continue driving. By the time I get to my new house the thing feels like it will come apart. I take it to a local shop. They say its the transmission. Come now. I just pulled it apart. Nothing wrong with the transmission. The part itself? Toast. Grease full of metal shavings. Oh and those two bolts. Barely finger tight. To sum it up bad customer service, bad prices, bad parts, and bad work are all reasons not to go here. read more

Expert Alignment has aligned 2 of our vehicles (1-hyundai santa fe 2-Suzuki SideKick) and consulted us on a third vehicle which another shop couldn't being in and wanted a lot of money to fix, After looking at the numbers or settings from the other company they told us it was in tolerance for driving that it wouldn't wear on the tires but it may pull slightly to left which it didn't. They could have said that they needed to work on it in that condition with approximately $100.00 & up to fix it. But they were honest with us & gave us the option of driving it as is or spending money we didn't need to. The Jeep is still going down the road with no problems. I'm not going to go back & forth with you. YOUR DIRTY & WHATS DONE IN THE DARK WILL COME TO THE LIGHT. You may have good reviews but mechanics can pick and choose who they want to be honest with. And from other reviews it's clear you like to rob the females thinking we don't "understand". I keep all my receipts. Parts that you said we're fixed, my current mechanic showed me they WEREN'T. I spent ALOT of $$$ for PARTS (not a part) you said we're fixed, then to turn around & let you see what the problem was only for you to tell me $800 more!! My truck is a basic 99 Tahoe, no way am I spending $2300 on my front end in two years!! You robbed me & I will never have anything good to say about your place. read more

Had my 2001 Lexus IS300 taken in for a front end alignment, the gentlemen was vey nice and very informative he answered every question and even offered to show me what he was doing and what to look for with my vehicle to prevent damage. He ended up doing a 4 point alignment and charge me for a front end only, wouldn't even take a tip. Great service, cost friendly, awesome! read more

This is the most honest auto shop around and they do an excellent job on brakes and alignment. I had been to another tire and brake shop and they had recommended full front and back brakes. I went to Expert brakes and alignment and they cleaned and adjusted the brakes fit a minimal fee. Aso they estimated rear brakes had 60% left and front brakes had 70%. If you're looking at a brake job get a second opinion and quotes from Expert brake and alignment. read more

I went to Expert Alignment & Brake to get the front end of my 1996 Nissan truck checked for worn parts. The vehicle wandered a little in strong crosswinds. And I needed the timing checked, as the vehicle had some detonation issues. In a short amount of time, they had finished their examination of my truck. Mel informed me that my vehicle needed some new front end parts, as some of the parts were in bad shape. He said the center link was ready to fall off in the street. Not a safe driving situation. He also said that his mechanics couldn't perform a timing check. He called me later that very same day and said the repair work would cost over $800.00, not including a new wheel alignment for $70.00 to $100.00. Well I always try to get second opinions on repair estimates. That same day I took my truck to a very respected repair shop that has 500 locations in 10 western states. They checked out the front end. Their conclusion was that the front end was tight. Nothing worn that needed replacement. And that opinion was from 2 mechanics at that shop. Three or four days later I took the truck to another shop that had some good reviews from customers and had the front end checked out again. They said the front end was in good shape. Nothing worn out. The mechanic adjusted my timing. Retarded the timing to specs. Truck runs great. I will remember this shop, for future work. Excellent service and knowledge. I have a 2007 Toyota and these mechanics are meticulous and understand the engineering of Toyotas and other Japanese car manufacturers. If you need brake alignment or tire service this is the place. Don't go to the dealerships and pay more. read more

This is by far the most honest brake shop I've ever been to. I always use this shop for brakes and alignment. I only wish they did other mechanic work. The most recent example was that the tire shop where I had my winter tires switched over said that I urgently needed new brakes. I made an appointment with Expert Allignment. They inspected my brakes, adjusted them and informed me that I had 60% left on front and 80% on back. All of this for no cost. The tire shop was ready to charge over $500.00.
