In the end there were three cop cars pictures and statements taken due to a boxing match in my entryway and kitchen. See the picture? I'm defending myself and my own home. It started when he tracked in snow three times for forgetting various items and when I noted the water Trail he snapped and said " you ain't tell me to put them on " I declined to pay credit card and said I will call the company and pay it myself and I'll be sure to mention your attitude. He purposely scuffed his boots all the way down my wood floor to spite me and the brawl was on .This is not the same County Wide this is different and I've seen it in the other reviews. They asked a few questions over the phone to get a basic idea of the problem(s). I wasn't entirely pleased at the cost of just the service call (~$100) but realized that it takes into account the knowledge of the tech and the rising costs of everything. The gentleman called to let me know he'd be at my home in about 20 minutes, and was early into my two-hour block of time. Thankfully the issue was able to be fixed on the spot and the tech had all the parts needed. The final price was very reasonable and I will gladly call this company again if needed.

After the problem was diagnosed, they got the part in a day or two and I scheduled the repair the next week when it was convenient for me. There can be a delay in them answering the phones, but it's because they get busy. If you keep trying, they pick up and you can talk to a person! The repair person does schedule 'I'm on the way' texts perhaps when they're not quite on the way. But a great repair person like Carlos who is respectful of property, dedicated to his job and does excellent work more than makes up for it. The dishwasher works better than it did before, surely because Carlos did more than put in the new pump, but did necessary cleaning. It took me awhile to write this review, but every time I use the dishwasher I say 'that broken pump is the best thing that could have happened; it works better than before.' We were lucky to get Carlos and Mr. Appliance

I would need to restart and after 2 or 3 cycles they would be dry. Tech came September 29. 2025. Told me it was the fault of the lint trap being "too fine, similar to cheese cloth" and was causing the problem. Took his advice to actually wash it in the dishwasher and perhaps order one from Amazon. Tried both options with varied success. Today Sears came again and would not waive the visit charge. He determined that it was probably thermostat failure because he could hear gas igniting but would shut off. Said he could get parts maybe by next week and cost would be $530! So no real answers. I've spent $280 for the 2 visits to my home. Told me if it had been 30 days and not 45 I would not have been charged. First tech should have diagnosed the problem. 2nd tech thinks it's the thermostat. Didn't bother to change his shoes and when he checked outside vent came back in to my house with mud on my newly finished hardwood floors. Total mismanagement when you can't even discuss problems with a real person. Calling the numbers provided are a complete waste of time. A I assisted. Next complaint goes to the Better Business Bureau.
