He was excellent--he cleaned the parts and stayed to make sure it stayed lit this time. Although he mentioned the fluctuating temperatures and winds were causing many customers this same problem. Not only did he ensure my membership waived the $159 Saturday service fee, but he also didn't charge me anything for his time or the work to get it fixed properly. ​What I appreciated most was that Adam took me down to the basement and showed me exactly how to relight the pilot myself so I can handle it on my own next time. I really value a company that stands by their work and takes the time to educate their customers!

I had a leaking boiler while out of town, my elderly parents discovered it while checking on the…read morehouse. Out of fear of a pipe bursting I called Triple O instead of my usual HVAC guy (unavailable). They came out and price gouged me nearly $1500 to replace the circulating pump (triple what it should've caused, even with an after hours charge according to a friend I have who is in the HVAC business himself). I think they jsut took advantage of the fact that I was out of town and that they could swindle my elderly parents who were there in person. A few minutes after giving verbal approval over the phone to start the work I realized how overpriced it was and changed my mind, but Kyle said it was too late, that I already approved and they would not stop the work. I am now having problems with the air they left in the lines and they will not return to fix it without charging me more, as it is outside of 30 days. Such a shady company, I will never deal with them again.

Sterlyn didn't want payment until afterwards to make sure that I was satisfied with his job after it was completed. We can't thank him enough for clearing away the construction debris and other items that were in my garage for over 10 years. It's great to do business with a local company that I actually talked with on the phone after my initial call to their 800 number. He left the area completely clear and free of all debris. I highly recommend Junk King Rochester. I will use them again for all of my junk removal needs.

Waited until 12:50 PM and checked through the Yelp conversation. They didn't seem to understand what's going on and was going to "call their team". They then replied with a number I need to call to set up another appointment. I'm so confused and frustrated by their process, as it leaves customers hanging in the air. So I just decided to go elsewhere. If I make an appointment for a two-house window, I assume they would come within that window. Otherwise, what's the point of making an appointment?

I was very excited about getting it at a price I could afford. A few days after the auction and it still hadn't shipped.. I knew something fishy was going on. I finally got a message saying they cancelled the sale "due to a stock error". I suspect when it came time to ship, someone looked at the price it could have sold for and stopped the sale. When I pressed for more info they said there was damage when they took it off the shelf so they can't sell it. I was aware of some damage, I saw the pictures, so I asked them what the extent of the damage was? and said I might still be interested. They have not responded. You would think if they are being truthful they would want to get rid of the damaged item even more now.
