Ken was beyond helpful and even provided us a place to call if we wanted a refurbished transmission as he knew we were looking into options to save money but yet still get the job done right. We had our transmission replaced with Mike's Automotive and even with a few hiccups, nothing that was their fault...just a few extra things that had to be replaced to get the car in running shape since it had been sitting for some time. The fact that I never felt inferior by their staff and they kept the communication open with us was truly amazing. We were looking for a good automotive place and this definitely will be the place we go to from here on. We had to constantly reach out to them to find out the status of the vehicle. When the vehicle was supposedly fixed we were told we could pick it up, but the vehicle was not at Turner Automotive when we arrived. They had taken it to a dealership without telling us and they had not brought it back. We went to the dealership to get the car, it was having the exact same issue as when we dropped it off. We contacted Turner Automotive, they told us to bring it back and it was probably a part that they had replaced so it would be a warranty issue. We took the car back, we were told it was several different issues, they kept changing what they thought it was. They never told us we owed anything. They had the car for quite a while and we were still having to reach out to them for updates. When the vehicle was finally done, we picked it up and were were told we owed additional money. We would not have had Turner Automotive fix it if it was not a warranty issue. The original repair was over $3,000 and it did not need to be done. It did not fix the issue at all. The second repair was over $500. The person that told us we had to pay that said there was a miscommunication and that we had to pay it. The original repair never should have been done since that was not the problem. Turner Automotive misdiagnosed the vehicle and did not make it right on our end. Their communication and customer service is horrible.

They completed a brake flush for my 2015 Audi S4. The job was completed within a good timeframe and the results were fine. The car was returned clean everywhere and everything back in place. The price was very fair. I also asked for estimates for more extensive maintenance work and asked them challenging questions about those procedures. They had the right answers and the estimated costs were again very fair, about 35% less than dealer estimates. I was very pleased with the experience and the results. I will use them again for my Audi maintenance and repairs.

Cut to 3 weeks later and my rear tires seized up as I was driving 70 MPH! Found out the plug from the fluid they checked wasn't there. The fluid had all leaked out and caused my back end to freeze up. Either they never put it back or put it back carelessly. They claimed it wasn't their fault and also said I voided a warranty that said I had to take it back to their shop. I was 2 hours away from Olympia and at the time didn't know what was wrong with it so why would I tow it there? I had to sell my 7 year old 4 runner for scrap and buy a new car. They're lucky no one was hurt when my car suddenly froze up on the freeway. My hope is they are more cautious and careful in the future. zero stars.
