If I could give this place zero stars I would. They were so unacommodating. Literally told us 30 min wait. For 2 manicures and 1 pedicure we stayed here for 3 1/2 hours. The staff is incredibly rude and tries to charge you for stuff that makes zero since. Literally told me that I would need to blow on my daughter's hand to dry them because they only use the dryer with the gel. The staff literally doesn't even speak any English: when I told them I hated the color and I wanted something different and he told me that is why I pick my own color ok first of all who is going to pay someone for something they absolutely hate pr for that matter walking away for the next three weeks with a color. I absolutely hate. I'm so suprised this place is even open. Don't visit unless you plan on visiting here for a second unless you plan on being incredibly unhappy when you leave. read more

This is a wonderful place to get a pedicure, so I decided to give it a try for my acrylic fill. I chose my color, and the older man who was going to be doing my nails, got the color for me. He prepped my nail to be filled, then got up and came back with the coordinating colored acrylic. I asked him to use the paint instead because I don't want to have to redo the entire nail next time. I changed my mind a lot on colors and I prefer gel . He explained to me why the colored acrylic was better, again I declined. so he grabbed acrylic from his drawer and began filling my nails. After a few nails, I looked down and noticed it was pink acrylic. I asked why he was using pink, and he explained since I wanted that color as a French tip, he had to use pink for my fill. I explained that it was going to be a different color than what is currently on my nails so I didn't want that. He then proceeded to argue with me for five minutes about why I am wrong and he is right about the pink acrylic being fine. After he said "whatever" to me five times, I told him to just go ahead and and I would find somewhere that listens to me for my next fill. After that lovely little exchange, he very sloppily finished painting my cuticles with because he no longer cared, well, he cared even less than he previously had. Needless to say, I am less than thrilled, and I would strongly recommend that you find a different salon for your nails unless you want to be argued with and treated as though you get what you get and you don't pitch a fit. read more

Let me start by saying I am very pleased at how quickly I was sat and how fast the tech completed my nails after I shared that I was in a bit of a rush. What I didn't expect was to pay $25 for my nails to be mediocre. Some are not even filed straight and square. I've been going to Expo for several years and 2 months ago while getting dip on my nails, the tech cut my cuticle beds pretty bad with the nail grinder to which they bled. Three days later I had an infection that began and spread to ALL of my fingers and had to go to the Dr. I was diagnosed with paronychia and was put on antibiotics to take as well as antibiotic cream for my fingers due to them using un sanitized tools. Its been 9 weeks and I'm still trying to get them healed. Make sure your nail tech sterilizes their equipment. read more

Terrible !!! Do not go here they cut your skin while working on your nails, they will tell you it will take 5 mins and you'll sit down and be there for 45 STILL waiting. I got acrylics and within the first week 3 OF THEM CAME OFF!!! Absolutely horrible and the pricing they actually advertise is not the same as they actually charge! TERRIBLY RAN!! Horrible service. I was told a price in the beginning and then told a different more expensive price afterwards. The technician that was doing my nails blew his nose and didn't wash his hands afterwards and proceeded to do my nails. My nails were uneven, I had rimnance of the polish I had on before on my nails. I just went to Expo Nails for the first time today and I have to say that I'm extremely disappointed. First thing when I walked in, the lady looked at my legs (I have very mild psoriasis) and acted like I had some horrible, contagious disease even after I told her about it, then she and the man who did my sister's nails were talking (not in English) and looking at my legs. Aside from that, the lady was just rushing through it. She clipped off the side of one of my nails and now it looks crooked and stupid, and did not do a good job on the foot scrub. I went there to relax and instead I was judged and rushed out. Definitely NOT going back. read more

BEWARE Worst experience ever here. I will never be back. I paid for a full pedicure and a full manicure...what I got was the technician coming over with all her stuff to do the entire manicure WHILE I was in the pedicure chair. I wasn't able to enjoy either one!!!! It's not like they were crowded, I was the only customer in the store... it was not closing time, there was no excuse for not allowing me the relaxing experience that I was paying for. Toss in the fact that the owners child is allowed to run through the salon yelling, jumping,running . back and forth with no one watching him, or at least asking him to use his 'inside voice' instead of yelling. I have no problem with children, but I'm not paying for the child care experience. He should remain in the private area of the shop. If I want to play with children, I'll go have my pedicures at the local playground. When I called to complain to the owner, he said 'next time will be better. Then he went on to tell me about 6 customers at one time and how people need to come at 2 pm not 5 pm????? WHAT??? I don't care..I'm the customer I care about. It was my $70.00 that I just wasted. I will need to go somewhere else tomorrow to get my nails repainted because I couldn't sit there one second longer to let them dry properly. The owner made no effort to repair the situation he just made excuses. He says next time will be better... THERE WILL BE NO NEXT TIME FOR ME.!!!! read more
