I have never had such horrible service. Not only was my pedicure bad, the lady doing it was awful! She felt that telling me how bad my feet were, and going on and on about it for a good 20 min was okay. Telling me that people from the state I live in are going to come ruin TN and even asked if pedicures were really expensive back home. Implying I couldn't afford them. It was so embarrassing and I should have just got up and left. I was so upset by being treated like this I didn't even notice that the polish job was not done correctly and the corners of my nails were never filed after she cut them. So I have several toes with bare spots and really sharp edges. The entire experience was a nightmare and I would never go back! If you read this review, this is an honest warning to not do business with this place. Go somewhere else! There are other options in town that will do a better job and not humiliate you. read more

I've been to this salon several times and have never had an issue until now. I came into the salon at 5 PM (they close at 7 PM). I waited about 30 minutes to be taken pack for a pedicure which I wasn't too upset about since they did seem busy. My pedicure went fine, I have no complaints there other than the salon is extremely loud and not relaxing whatsoever. After finishing my pedicure I needed a fill- in on my nails, which I also had to wait longer for even though there were 6-7 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. I showed the lady that did my nails what I wanted and she didn't seem happy that I wanted a design (a simple design) I assume because they were about to close. She rushed through my nails and it was extremely clear that her and multiple other employees were talking about me, so by this point I'm just irritated and uncomfortable. The lady asked if I could come back tomorrow to do the design and I said no because I was going out of town in the morning. After about 10 more minutes of them continuing to talk about me I told her don't worry about doing the design and just leave them how they are. I was charged $155 for my pedicure and fill- in, all for my nails to look absolutely horrible, polish is cracked and chipping a few hours after leaving. I will never go back to this salon after my experience. I work in the service industry and always tip well, so I did still tip- but it was not deserved. The customer service is laughable. I came here to relax, to enjoy my time and get my toes ready for my bday vacation. Unfortunately it was awful and I left with my toes in pain and swollen the rest of the week. I didn't get the man's name who did my pedicure but he literally yanked 2 ingrown nails out of my toe. Wasn't gentle, no warning, didn't do anything to make it better. Bleeding everywhere, cleaned it off with the same towel he used for everything else.. It was horrible. I was not expecting that and left swollen and in pain. I have read numerous times salons aren't allowed to rip out your ingrowns. This could have led to a serious infection. I made sure to clean it multiple times a day. This was my first time here and I hate that pedicures have come to be such a stressful thing for me.. I don't go get my toes done to be in literal pain. read more

I was visiting from California and wanted to enjoy a bonding nail appointment with my daughter and her mother-in-law. Unfortunately, our experience was extremely disappointing. From the moment I sat down and mentioned that I preferred my toenails to be filed rather than cut, the technician working on me seemed irritated. Throughout the appointment she rolled her eyes, stared at me, and repeatedly spoke to her coworker in a way that felt clearly directed at me. The man she was talking to kept looking at me and then at my feet and laughing, which made the whole situation uncomfortable and unprofessional. It didn't stop there--while he was distracted paying attention to me instead of his own client, he actually burned my friend's toe during her pedicure. She jerked her foot and told him to stop because it hurt, and at that point we all realized we would never return. A salon should be a relaxing, enjoyable experience, and this was the exact opposite. The way we were treated was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable. We still tipped well--because it was clear it would be the last tip they'd receive from us--but I truly wish I had written this review sooner so I could name the technician. just got my nails done and I'm honestly so upset. The total came out to $71, and even though I was unhappy, I still left a $10 tip--so $81 altogether. It was absolutely not worth it. If you plan on going here, just be aware: if you have Bluetooth headphones in and someone is translating for you, they may talk badly about you, assuming you can't understand. That alone made me really uncomfortable. The service was horribly unprofessional. I didn't get any oil or finishing care on my hands, and I had to correct multiple things during the process. I've never had to complain or fix my nails before--this was a first. I genuinely hate how my nails turned out. I've done better myself at home with a simple kit. I'm actually so disappointed I could cry. I should have walked out as soon as I realized I didn't like them. Some of the staff seemed okay, but overall, this was a really bad experience. The service I received here was so amazing. So professional, gentle, served me with great care.

First of all, I have been going to MYSA since it opened in Lebanon. Have used the same technician and love her. However, today I inadvertently left my own personal nail polish at home and was astounded to see no OPI products just some limited off brand weird colors. Was fortunate enough to dig around and find one that looked similar in color to my usual OPI brand. It appears that management is pushing gels and dips and making it difficult to just go for a regular natural mani-pedi. So, if you have a favorite OPI color, bring your own. MYSA, please bring back the OPI products. read more

I went to get a pedicure and a full set of acrylic both with gel polish. This place is always packed, and the waiting chairs are not the most comfortable but the wait Is short. My pedicure was ok, nothing special, and my nails were done expeditiously. I have been a couple of times and only needed a nail fixed once. This is not the place to go for a leisurely chill spa day, its just not that vibe but its ok to get your nails done in a hurry. Make an appointment to avoid the wait. read more

This is absolutely my favorite salon in Lebanon. I have very sensitive feet and they are careful with them and then don't charge me for the full cost of a pedicure. My nails always look beautiful when I am finished and I have now switched over to dipped and they are so much stronger because of it. I've been looking for a good nail salon since moving to Lebanon, but THIS IS NOT IT. My experience was strange from the moment I walked in. I had an appointment, but hadn't requested anyone specific as it was my first time. It took them a few minutes to seat me which wasn't the issue, it was the fact that it seemed like they were arguing about who was going to take me which I thought was very rude. They switched my station twice before settling on someone to help me. The guy rushed through me like he was going to be late to church. I've never gotten my nails done so quickly. He seemed to do things backwards or skip a few steps from what I'm used to with the dip process... he didn't file or cut down my nails until all was set and done which I thought was weird, but I was trusting the process. Overall they don't look TERRIBLE, but they do not look professional by any means and definitely not worth $50. read more

They charge 277 dollars for 2 pedicures and two full sets and a child's pedi and mani. Per owner. If you asked for snake eye nails you pay 50 plus 10 more for design, it was also on toes which was a trail of 70 for pedi plus addition cost of 5 more dollars which was not explained. The lengths was short and per owner again length was too long addition 10dollars. So total for one person was 140. For the child was 30, it also incurred additional cost. The other service was also the same. Plus the girl who did pediatric cut me three times and she said it was my fault when doing pedi. With second set it was powered which was also not very nice see attached pics of nails, length, color. The length was charged at 20 extra l. Which is not long at all. They charge different prices depending on what gender you are, and they will not prioritize your business. However, watch a woman walk in. She gets met with customer service and priority. I addressed this concern with the front desk and was told she doesn't make the rules. She confirmed my price and confirmed the price a woman gets. $34 for me $30 for her. No attempt was made to retain my business or address my concerns. I work with lots of customers, and by volume, dozens are female. We talk. If we discuss nails , I am recommending them elsewhere. My first visit was amazing... after that it has been downhill from there. They could careless about their customers quality of service. It's all about the amount of money they can make. They move swiftly without clean up or making sure it looks good. They Move you out quick to get to the next person. O you make an appointment for what??? You still wait for about 15 minutes or so. I was referred to Mysa by my neighbor because her nails always look good. I made an appointment and my daughter ended up coming with me as a walk-in. My daughter was taken back before me, which as a mom I let it go because at times you just put your kids first, no big deal. However, MY nail tech came out in a huff and ordered me to pick a color as she flung her arm in the direction of the wall of polishes. Her attitude was rude and short as if I was an inconvenience being a paying customer. I can only imagine there was something more important for her to do. Usually I will interact with light conversation with my nail techs but because of her behavior I put my earbuds in and watched a video. For my hands I had a nail dip service for the first time and my tech did a good job. The only thing was I ended up with a darker color on my nails that didn't match my toes. I have been going to Mysa for 3 years and have overall been satisfied until this week. I was getting a pedicure and dip. It appears that there are many new people in the salon. The guy that did my pedicure was absolutely awful. He ended up scraping the side of my big toe until it bled. He put something on it that was very painful. the manager came by and said sorry but no discount or anything was offered. The dip was fine but I will not return. I'm typically not a complainer but here lately I feel like I can't stay silent on the services I have received recently on getting nails in Lebanon. I just left Mysa nails and spa (Kroger) Lebanon. I can't complain about the waiting time because I didn't wait long but I visited on a Monday at 11 so I kinda feel there really shouldn't be a long wait. I feel like they barely deserve a 2 star on service because for the quality and price just doesn't match for me . I'll share pictures. Walking in I had a really thick existing acrylic set on my fingers done at Klassiq Nail Bar. That in itself is a separate also bad review. It had to be soaked off with acid tone. Originally, I just wanted them off but Miya talked me into a dip set. Miya was really nice. That's not my complaint. As my fingers were soaking, I got the Sole Solution pedicure with Gel French Tips. Near the end of my 45min pedicure my fingers were on fire. I spoke up. She had forgotten about my fingers soaking for 45mins. I'm pretty sure they are only supposed to soak for a couple of mins. Anyways, she took them off and gave me a towel to wipe off the acrylic myself as she finished my pedicure. I didn't really get to evaluate the end result because I was taken quickly from there to received a very quite Dip Manicure from Chris. My complaint with him is that I still had left over acrylic around the ends of my fingers that wasn't cleaned off properly. I had to wash my hands 2x and spend time really picking it off. The Dip Manicure also appears very bubbly on all fingers with a slight cuticle tear from the drill on my first finger. After I was done, I checked out with tip of 20$ ending total of $139.95. My manicure and pedicure is nice but for $140.00 I feel it should be spotless, beautiful, and shiny with no complaints. It also wasn't the cleanest on the manicure side of things. Nails dust everywhere even on the lights above. Once I walked out I evacuated the receipt. I feel as if I shouldn't have charged to remove the very little amount of existing gel polish on my one big toe but no they charged me 20$ for that. Anyways, I hopes this helps save someone from spending way to much money on a basic quality service. read more

I've been to this establishment 3-4 times. However, this is the 2nd time in a row where they didn't do the manicure cleaning up the cuticle and hang nails. They just changed the polish and trimmed my nails. As I was checking out I asked the receptionist if a manicure was a service I was supposed to input into the system beforehand, she said no you just had to ask the tech. Even after asking the tech before, the service still wasn't done. My question is, why is this service not included with the $43? Any other salon I've gone to this was included, did not need to be prompted. $43 for just a dip polish exchange is absurd and it's a shame that's what they're charging their customers. On the website $43 is the dip price, manicure is supposed to be included in that. It is not an add-on service. Therefore why is it not performed automatically, but charged as if you had the service? read more

I didn't have high expectations going in, to be honest, and I was glad I didn't. I went in for a manicure during lunch break and they were able to take care of me straight away so that was nice. The tech greeted me and set about her work but pulled her equipment out of a drawer which made me wonder how clean the equipment was and when was last time it was sterilized. I would not go back to this place if I was paid to. My wife's feet were handled aggressively while getting a pedicure. No apologies from the nail salon for this complaint. Also when my pedicure was complete the tech hair walked away while I had towels on my legs without informing me that my service was complete - they were not even busy to use that as an excuse. I made an appointment to go with a friend, told the person exactly what we coming in for. when we got there, they told us we couldn't sit together and never explained why? when I was sat, I chose my colors for a colored French tip with hearts design. after huffing and puffing from the nail tech and another guy who seemed to be the manager, they tried to talk me into getting just one color. when I said I didn't want that, they told me what I want will be so expensive ($93 to be exact after they totaled it up). with the difficulty and seemingly unwilling attitudes, I said I will not get anything done at all and I left to go somewhere else. not only did I not get to have an experience with a friend, I let without getting my nails done at all. After more than an hour wait, I "picked my colors" for dip polish on my natural nails. I showed the tech two photos of a two color hombre color palette in light gray and dark gray and an hombre with the darker gray on the tip and white & silver large glitter with multi shapes on the ring fingers only. I asked her if she could help me pick out the darker gray as I had found a light gray that I liked and showed her the silver only glitter choice they had in their nail colors to pick from. She said she understood me and made me feel dumb as if I was repeating myself but I knew she did not understand what I had said I wanted. Further, she didn't even look at the photo of the glitter I wanted but said I had to use the silver only. She did not trim or even push back my cuticles or do any type of manicure before beginning and it wasn't until she had done all my nails in the light gray and started on my ring fingers that I asked if she was going to do the second color for the ombré and she said no only on this one - I said no I wanted on all and she said no just this one and continued to work. I didn't know what to do at that point. When she finished the ring fingers and started filing I asked if she was going to at least clip the cuticles on the sides of my nails and she did but only on TWO nails! On my RT ring finger, there was a very large, obvious area with NO polish/dip on it at all and it was VERY noticeable. When I pointed it out to her she said oh it's because you had me clip your cuticle! ALL she clipped was a small dry piece of skin much lower on my finger that had absolutely nothing to do with that big lack of coverage. She then only sprinkled more of that generic glitter over the top of my mail and added a layer of white powder over it and then put on the final clear polish; the depth of that correction doesn't match the thickness of the rest of the mail at all and she only did one side, 1/2 the nail. Needless to say, my nail looks terrible and uneven and way too thick on that finger. The other fingers have the lighter shade which is way too light by itself which is why I asked for the hombre combination. This was only my second time to visit Mysa Nail and only my second ever time getting dip powder but I certainly know what I expected and asked for and what I got were two totally different things! I am very dissatisfied and I won't be back there. The rushed, disrespectful attitude of the mail tech and the staff speaking another language to each other and barely speaking to the customer at all is RUDE. There are many other choices for mail care that actually value a customer as their source of income and don't treat them like an inconvenience and I hope this review helps someone else make a decision about where to go for their nail care. read more

When I went to pay they just swiped my card and told me I had gel on from my last visit so I had to get gel this time. I did not have gel previously. Ended up over charging me $15.
