She was so sweet and nice and told me to come right in and see how she could fix it. I ended up buying a crystal and bracket. She was reasonable and not outrageous like the others. They were surprisingly busy on an early Wednesday afternoon, but it didn't take long for a technician to get us situated. My daughter chose a nice light pink color while I just wanted a simple clear coat. My technician did an overall ok job in grooming my cuticles, but she could not seem to understand when I repeatedly requested to file my nails round. She continued to make them square and seemed annoyed when I would ask to correct the shape. I didn't want to make a big deal out of it, so I just left it alone and fixed them myself when we got back to the hotel. The included massages were pointless. They felt like a light applying of lotion. My daughter was lucky to have an excellent technician who took his time. Her cuticles were meticulously groomed with her nails filed and polished perfectly. He paused a few times to ask her if what he was doing was ok. She said he did a nice job with the massages. She was very happy. Although not fully satisfied with everything, I still tipped 20% since they were able to accommodate us, but we won't be back.
