Said they could not match the colors. It was not a crazy color. Light pink and white ombré. I even told them it didn't need to match exactly and they said no. I tried 4 other places in Lebabon and they said the same thing. NO! I called Slay'd Studio and thought I would try one last place. OMG! She was so sweet and nice and told me to come right in and see how she could fix it. I ended up buying a crystal and bracket. She was reasonable and not outrageous like the others. A small quant little shop off the beaten path. She now has a devoted and loyal customer for life. And all my friends and family will know of this place. Thank you

I needed a haircut and they fit me in quickly. I walked in and was blown away by the salon, the attention to detail, the products and most importantly the service. When I walked out I felt more confident and regenerated because I had not taken care of myself in a long time. It meant a lot to get such a quality cut and highlight from knowledgeable, down to earth experts. I waited about 30 minutes to be taken pack for a pedicure which I wasn't too upset about since they did seem busy. My pedicure went fine, I have no complaints there other than the salon is extremely loud and not relaxing whatsoever. After finishing my pedicure I needed a fill- in on my nails, which I also had to wait longer for even though there were 6-7 employees standing around doing absolutely nothing. I showed the lady that did my nails what I wanted and she didn't seem happy that I wanted a design (a simple design) I assume because they were about to close. She rushed through my nails and it was extremely clear that her and multiple other employees were talking about me, so by this point I'm just irritated and uncomfortable. The lady asked if I could come back tomorrow to do the design and I said no because I was going out of town in the morning. After about 10 more minutes of them continuing to talk about me I told her don't worry about doing the design and just leave them how they are. I was charged $155 for my pedicure and fill- in, all for my nails to look absolutely horrible, polish is cracked and chipping a few hours after leaving. I will never go back to this salon after my experience. I work in the service industry and always tip well, so I did still tip- but it was not deserved. The customer service is laughable. Don't waste your time or money here.
