I went in on Tuesday afternoon and the salesperson went with me on a test drive, didn't pressure me, which was nice but also didn't respond to my later calls for information. I was disappointed but went back in on Thursday because I wanted the Tahoe. Isreal and his team gave me another test drive, told me new things I didn't know about the Tahoe and made me feel like a valued client. Lucas was my finance manager and was straight forward in what he could provide for my needs. I bought the Tahoe and warranty package. Update: I called Isreal last week to let him know one of the license plate screws in the back had fallen out and the plate fell and put some light scratches on the plate (it was not gouged). I went in today and they buffed out the scratches and Isreal put new screws in. I had some concerns about the sunroof rattling and he let me know that my Tahoe was still under warranty with Chevy which was reassuring. Customer service after the initial purchase is impressive in my book! I upgraded my review to a 5 star.

Well after complaining I finally got the title & registration! I'm still waiting on my plates since Oregon has to make the Disabled Veteran plates but I got a temporary Oregon plate to last me until my real plates come in! Not only that but the dealer admitted their fault with not being transparent & not keeping me updated or my lien holder updated on the title & registration. They personally walked the temporary tags & registration to my mothers house & gave me $200 worth in gift certificates which covered the cost of them using the 3rd party to do my titling & registration in Oregon. It's sad it had to get to the point where I had to report them to the DMV & BBB plus put them on blast with reviews for the general manager to get involved (while still being a bit rude to me) & make their titling department do their job but I'm happy it's pretty much resolved & I'm now able to drive up to Oregon! I'd suggest if you buy from them that you title it in Texas. They are not great with out of state titling & registration.

GET NEW EMPLOYEES AND A NEW MANAGER…read more The environment is NOT friendly. No one will greet you, speak to you, nor address you. The young lady at the front counter is very timid and unknowable as if she just there. She didn't look me up in the system nor try to help. I asked you to get someone who could give me my keys because I was told (by Edgar) my car was ready for pick up. She came back with an older gentleman who came out and escalated the situation. He did not greet me, he was not customer service friendly, he did not try to help, he did not look me up in the system. He was a very condescending and unreasonably rude. Edgar from the service department was definitely helpful. He has great customer service and great listening skills. Don't have to take my word for it, check them out yourself.

I took my Tahoe in yesterday for it's first oil change. We are preparing for a weeklong road trip and I wanted to make sure the car was ready for it. They noticed two recalls and said they could have it scheduled for next week. When I mentioned we were leaving for a road trip the next day, Henry found a way to get the oil change, tires rotated, and recalls fixed on the same day. He called afterwards to let me know it was ready and I told him I would come by to pick it up. I realized later that I wouldn't be able to make it and left a voicemail for him telling him I'd pick it up in the morning. I picked it up a few minutes ago and found out he didn't receive my message, but waited 10 minutes after closing for me to arrive. He didn't have to do that, but he did. Thanks for going above and beyond and providing excellent customer service!

If you contact the service department, expect to spend 20 minutes to half an hour on hold just to be able to speak to somebody. You'll be passed around like a bad cold. Bought a brand new Chevy suburban in for service because it just stopped driving on the freeway, shifting into neutral. They said this is a problem that happens periodically????? I had to coast off the freeway. Took them a month to replace the engine, which they said was the primary malfunctioning part(????). During the time they lent me two Silverado's, neither of which operated efficiently. The first one appeared to shut off periodically, so you could not accelerate. The solution was to turn off the engine to restart it. I've never seen anything quite like it. The second one has so many electronic glitches it's not funny - both brand new Silverados. In short, avoid Chevy and all costs. Horrific service on top of very questionable vehicles. Oh, and one last thing, the person who operates a rental vehicle section, if you go there, you know who it is with a bunch of tattoos and piercings is rude and appears to be looking for an altercation.

THEY SCAM PEOPLE!!…read more We took my car in here to get a tune up. They called to tell us that my spark plugs are seized and I had coolant leak going into the engine head which can cause corrosion inside and messed up my engine head. Keep in mind my car was up-kept in all maintenance and my check engine light just came on, so this was odd. I've had no signs my car was not running properly They said I need a whole new engine and quoted us $14,000! Then offer to buy my car for only $5000 and try to get us to buy a new car from them. I try to look at all options, I was pretty upset and confused on how this happened. They basically told me my car can blow up anytime. While we looked into buying another car, they dare ask me " do you need to sell that car?" Like you want me to buy a new car and keep making payments on the one you just told me would blow up on me and my kids anytime? I just had a newborn that's not even a week old. Which they knew and still tried to scam us. I could not afford to pay for a new engine or really buy a new car. Finally, we decide to take my car to another maintenance shop and tell them what was told to us by ford. The owner of this shop was very confused and said that doesn't make any sense. He takes a look at my car and was able to switch out my spark plugs, coil packs, and topped off my coolent. ALL IN A DAY! Nothing was wrong with my engine like Ford told us. They were trying to scam us out of $14000! Or possibly even more if they would gotten the sale on us for new car plus causing me to be $10000 upside down on my payments because they wanted to buy my car for only $5000. (Which apparently would blow up anytime") probably to turn around and sell it for so much more. To do this to people is absolutely insane and disgusting. You saw a person who just had a baby and tried to exploit them. Do not go here for anything.

I educated myself and went through a credit union, the best way you could finance a car. They push you to put a down payment on the car and decide on a monthly payment. If you're already pre approved there is no need for a down payment and deciding on a monthly payment. You give the dealership a check from the credit union OR have the dealership send a purchase order to your credit union. YOU WILL BE TALKING ABOUT PAYMENTS AND DOWN PAYMENT OPTIONS WITH YOUR CREDIT UNION. PLEASE DONT FALL FOR IT Another thing they do is add OPTIONS to the vehicle. Key word is options meaning it's optional. They said I HAVE to have those as they already come with the vehicle. They declined when I said they should take off the "Protection Package" which added up to 2K. When asked for how much was each item, the salesman lied and said they didn't know the cost of each service. Asked a different way and was provided a bill for the said Protection Package which totals about $650+. WHAT A SCAM. Be careful when looking to buy a new or used car here. They are the WORST people. Talked with the manager and from the "total amount charge" he was only able to take 1k off. What an amazing deal Also before even going for a test drive, I heard a couple clearly upset with the salesman. They were SCREAMING. Should have took that as a sign to just leave.
