I understand that this isn't 15 or 20 years ago and we aren't going to get a 25 or $30 tanning package however it blew my mind when one of those lower cost options was still over $100 lotion is now up to $70 and I'm actually mind blown the tanning salons still exist in this economy. I can't imagine that many people are coming here enough to keep a business open. It doesn't make any sense to me. Livonia is not the demographic to have an extra couple hundred dollars each month for tanning.?! what about in the summertime when everyone is outside anyway? The lady was semi nice kind of stern seemed increasingly annoyed that I wasn't going to drop a few hundred dollars. I told her I wanted a single session or maybe a package but they don't have anything less than 10 visits. I thought I could buy maybe five visits or something, but they don't have that option. The beds all seemed very high-quality and everything was very clean unfortunately even though I make well above minimum wage, I don't think this is even anywhere near "in my budget" i'm flabbergasted and wondering what people do for work that they are able to afford such a thing like this ‍ also know that TJ Maxx is closed I feel like they would get so much less foot traffic they also had multiple people working which I can't fathom that they can warrant that I would give a 3.5 if I could I may be back next winter earlier in the season. It's almost spring time now so I can't justify paying for a few months at a time or a package. When I don't know how many sessions I would use. Even when I said I did not use lotion she continued to lecture me about how it harms the beds and they can crack and I will be charged $2000 if they do crack. I absolutely did not use any lotion, and will not tan there again because I had no way of proving I didn't and was being accused. This happened in front of other customers. I left and said I would not be back. Sad because I liked it there.

I gave it a try for a month, thinking the tanning beds might be a higher quality than the ones at the gym, but I honestly didn't see a difference in that regard. Also, I hate to say it, but the facility itself is not very clean. Maybe they clean the beds, but they may not have a vacuum, based on the amount of gunk in the carpet. And if you need to use the restroom while you're there, it's basically the employee restroom, filled with supplies and extra bulbs, just not very welcoming for a customer. Even if you're not planning on working out at all, I definitely would recommend looking at gyms in the area for your tanning needs.

I take a medication in cycles which is why I now buy individual visits instead of monthly because at times I cannot tan. They should at least be good for a year. That's so greedy and scam like. I love the tanning salons but the policy's are kind of shitty imo.
