The setting is very calm despite being at a busy corner of West Stadium. There were a few other people in the spa at the same time, but not so many that it felt intrusive or crowded. My experience started with a massage. It was relaxing but not up there with the best massages I've gotten around town. Next came the infrared sauna, which was probably my favorite part. With relaxing music and heat all around, I was able to zone out and enjoy myself. The float pool was next. I liked the waterproof headphones to listen to zen music as I floated, but the air temperature kept the parts of my body that were above water pretty chilly. I ended up cutting that part short as a result. Overall it was a good experience. I wish their parking were better marked (I parked in a lot to the left of the building as you're looking at it from the front). I was immediately met with such a calm and peaceful atmosphere as well as friendly staff. Jackie the owner was very kind and professional. I asked about massage services and what they offered and was introduced to her new business partner Pam Crawford. Pam has been a licensed Massage Therapist for over 15 years and specializes in stone, reflexology, deep tissue and a host of other certifications. Her experience and intuitive skill resulted in an amazing amount of pain relief from a shoulder injury that I had received 3 years ago. My only regret is that I have to leave the area before I can receive another treatment session! I will most definitely schedule another therapy session with her when I come back to the area again!
