Not only did he Quote a great price to install a head unit, steering wheel control and back up camera for a very reasonable price, there was no hidden surprises. It was a complicated work as the LED headlights advertised as a plug and play but not really because they had to re-wire/modify to fit the new headlights. In the end it was worth it. This is the place. Very Impressed with Roy & Express Audio. I wanted a Bluetooth/CD player and it was a great price(compared to the other places in town) and he was the first to get back to me. I brought my car down for him to take a look and I knew that this was the place to get a better sound quality device. Amazing service! Came in to get a back up camera installed in my BRZ. Roy was very helpful and let me know that the kit I bought he could install but that the camera it came with does not have a wide enough angle to be helpful and he has to drill a hole in my trunk in order to install it. He showed me another option that has a 170 degree view and what wiring I would need to have that installed. The kit had cost 160$$ and the better back up camera was 100$ with the wiring costing 30$ so a better deal. Got the wiring the next day and came in and he had it installed perfectly within a few hours for a very reasonable price. Let me put it like this. I'm happy I got the tint, and the tint sure does its job, but the work and attention to detail put into the tint is, in my opinion, subpar. I build show vehicles back home in NC and have always had a professional friend of mine do my tint. Not once has there been bubbles on any of the three vehicles I've taken to him. Tint should have no bubbles what-so-ever in it nor should it have dirty mud swirls left on the window from their attempt at cleaning the windows. I was told the job would take THREE HOURS for such a long wait on something as simple as tint you'd think it would be perfect (before you say it was because there were other cars being worked on. No there weren't he called and told me his other appointment for the day had cancelled so i was free to come whenever I wanted). From what I can tell the job done on my car was done by someone who isn't entirely competent in the art of installing window tint. Their customer service was pretty good but I just didn't have time to bring up the issue to them. I was hoping and expecting an experienced tinter to be working there but sadly I was mistaken. If you want your windows tinted I would HIGHLY SUGGEST you clean your own windows very thoroughly before you take it to them. Because they simply wont take the time to clean it themselves like they should. Even if you clean your window prior you may still end up with bubbles because there are a few places with bubbles that have no debris under them. So long story short: The tint works and does what it's supposed to. However they didn't clean the windows properly, left bubbles in the tint, took 3 hours to do a subpar job, and charged $195.87 (all 5 windows on my car) for the tint. In my opinion with my keen eye for cars I'd tell anyone to maybe look somewhere else but if you're adamant about this place the best I can say is at least you'll have tint even if it looks crappy. read more
