They blocked me because I asked for a second quote and because I didn't want to give them a $600+ down payment, BEFORE we even set a date or before any work was started. My wife left a Facebook review (same as below) because they blocked me before I could respond. Since you blocked my husband so he couldn't leave a review. Not a great way to drum up local business. My husband is a 20 year veteran & always aims to support local vets in small business. He was not rude in any way, shape or form. He simply declined service do to your company requiring a $600 deposit for a detail. We had no problem with your prices & would have paid you every penny, once work was complete. However, we are not about to hand over $600 before the work was even started. That is our right, just as much as it is yours to ask for money up front. As for the two different quotes, if you look at the dates, the first one was in 2024 before my husband had surgery, so we had to put it on hold. The second one was today and it was not for just one vehicle, it was for three vehicles & an RV. Obviously we would need a new quote for that. Extremely unprofessional & flat out rude business practices going on with this company. Will be sure to pass along the message to all of our military & non military friends & family. NOTE: they quoted $600 for the truck in Oct 2024, then again $350 for today's quote. Im def glad I got another quote. ****UPDATE: just read all the one star reviews. Guess what, they never made it to clean the vehicles, the one that did show up cleaned for 30 min and said he didn't want to finish and they would give back half his money!!
