In terms of overall satisfaction, I rate them the highest for any contracting service for my home that I have used. A friend of mine has used him for his current and previous homes roofing. First, they are low pressure, helpful, and thorough. They took care of a problem on my old roof four years ago by writing a letter to my insurance company that I had no structural problems with my old roof it was just algae making my roof look like it had depressed some areas form the air in need of repair. They did not charge me for this so when it was time to re-roof my house they had built a lot of good will. In August, Robert Hamel, the owner, inspected my current roof, and attic explained my options well including improving the poor ventilation in my soffits. He also inspected my gutters for wear and proper slope. Second, they are a small local business that has been in business since at least the early 80s so you get personalized service. Bradley Company is not an out of the area company that hires a lot of temporary people when they get busy that may not be as good as their regular workers. The foreman on the job Tony has worked with Robert for years. You have much confidence that they will be around in the long-run and that their business and customer base is local. Third, best price and warranty. I got estimates from five roofers and they were the best both in terms of price and installation quality. Robert Hamel is a four star shingle master roofer and he gave me a 15 year workmanship warranty on my CertainTeed roof. No other offer that I received included a 15 year workmanship warranty. I checked with the Maryland home improvement commission and they have not had a complaint since 2005. The record of no complaints for 12 years with excellent personal attention, pricing, and workmanship shows me an exemplary record of customer satisfaction. A great company to do business with. My new roof looks very nice.

William is an inexperienced young man that is horrible with replacing gutters. He made things…read moreworst. However, the crew that worked on the roof are hard working, but they removed a lot of the mesh guards from the gutters and there were a couple of spots that needed a little more sealant against the walls. There were some soft spots on the roof in which I suspected that they omitted putting the layer underneath. Although Wiliam replaced the mesh guards a few days later after I inspected the roof when he returned to work on the gutters, the mesh guards installation was very sloppy. The mesh guards are all bent and crumbled all the way across. It was definitely not what I was expecting or how mesh guards are supposed to be installed. It appears to be done by someone attempting to install mesh guards for the first time. William procrastinated on a small gutter replacement and didn't start working on it until the afternoon of the 2nd day of the roof replacement. After starting the work on the gutter, he said that the gutter won't stay in place as is and asked for $400 more. He left the gutter unfinished and hanging loose. He stated that he would be back the following week to work on it. Although he came a few days later to finish the work, I had to make another long drive to the house than needed if he were to have started the work on day 1 of the roof installation. The tenant stated that the gutter work was unprofessionally done by William and upon seeing the pictures that he took, I totally 100% agree. The end opposite the downspout fell off within less than a day after installation. It rained the day after installation and water was going down the kitchen door instead of the downspout. Even if the end had not fallen off, rain would not drained through the downspout as that section is not sloped down towards the downspout.

First, they showed up two days late, no call, no explanation. Then, the crew was incredibly unprofessional - loud music, smoking on the job, and I swear I saw one of them take a nap in my backyard. The quality of the work is appalling. Shingles are uneven, some are missing, and I've already found nails scattered all over my lawn. I've got a leak in my attic now, which I didn't have before. When I called to complain, they were incredibly rude and dismissive, blaming 'weather' (it was a sunny day). Avoid this company like the plague unless you want a leaky roof and a headache.

Two weeks later, I still have not heard from them about the grout used or to come and fix the cracked tile.

I hired Ashyana to perform kitchen and bathroom remodeling in my condo in April 2018. I was…read moreimpressed by their references and had a week when I was out of town where they had full access to the apartment, which Mustafa Khaliqy assured me would be sufficient to do the work. The first day, they locked themselves out and had to destroy the doorknob to get back in. Three days in, the demolish was done but no work was done for the rest of the week. After I returned, I found the condo full of dust with no groundcloth laid down to contain it, and was forced to stay in a hotel a full three days additional. Inspecting the work, the countertops were misaligned to the wall and the standing shower was installed with a 6-inch concrete lift that forced me to raise the showerhead nearly to the ceiling. The kitchen tile wasn't even extended halfway under the sink! To his credit, Mustafa's team finished the tile and moved the showerhead. Still, the fit and finish were substandard. I discovered quickly that the shower grout was not sealed properly and several of the shower floor tiles came loose. Just a few years later, the condo below mine indicated that they have water leaking into their ceiling. The culprit is the drain pan installed in the shower; from the inspector: "The drain pan (Which is a basically a rubber liner) was not properly installed. The purpose of the the liner is to trap and water that seeps through the tile and divert it back in to the drain. In the access panel on the living room side you will be able to see that the rubber liner was cut and not glued properly at of the corners. This is causing the water to drip on the ceiling of the unit below. To repair this, the shower must be demolished completely and redone properly. Unfortunately, there is no way around this."
