Man approached me asking "Can you read?". Before I could answer, proceeds to step closer to me exclaiming "You are what is wrong with the country!". I asked who he was and he screamed that he works there. As he was yelling, he began walking toward me. I told him to please give me space, I don't know who you are, BACK UP! He raises his voice saying there are signs on the front of the bays (side of the building facing the road) that say "don't enter from this side". I did not. I pulled around back as I always have done, and until now, never even noticed there are signs. I reversed into the bay from the correct side to pressure wash items in the bed of my truck. That way the tailgate was right next to the water gun for my convenience. After I gave him this info, in a calm tone mind you, he said "I hope you get hit from whoever comes around the corner pulling in next!". What an awful thing to say...first you tell me, a person willing to continue giving you business, gets hit by another person who is also willing to give you business. All because I reversed into the bay on the correct side cars are supposed to come in regardless? I repeated I would be willing to turn around if he backed away from myself and my vehicle so I wouldn't be driving so close to him. He refused to walk away, ignoring my request to flip around, and continued to run his mouth about how stupid I am. If I could leave a 0 star review, I would! I sincerely hope that no one has to go through what I did with this terrible man. I don't know if someone pissed in his cherrio's this morning or if he was just having a bad day. Provides a great service every time! Never have an issue. Gets my vehicle clean every time with their brushless automated cleaner

I think it's the only car wash in Frankfort but even still all the bays work, aren't slippery and they have attendants keeping things orderly when it gets busy. All the tools worked properly so I was content overall. read more

Last 7 or 8 times I've been there it's messed up little or no pressure, no soap, no wax, it's always something wrong. I doubt very seriously I will return there. I would rather drive to Lawrenceburg, Shelbyville, Georgetown, or even Lexington to wash my car. That guy who runs it is a complete joke just like his car wash. read more
