The quality of wash is garbage. The water is dirty, the rolling towel at the end never works, and I found myself out in the parking lot scrubbing my windshield with windex and towels. Wasted my time. And way too expensive for what it is. read more

It kills my heart to leave this review. Let me start off by saying we have been membership customers of Fast Freddy's since April of this year. The vacuums here are amazing. I have no frustrations there. The car wash is pretty decent. It does an okay job but will not get the bugs off of the front of your car. They do offer "big prep" buckets where the vacuums are, so you can scrub those little critters off of there before you begin. I've been pretty happy with the wash. The employees here always interact well with my daughter. She has sensory issues and they are always waving at her to make her smile. She and I enjoy making videos together while we are there. We have publicized the car wash many times and have always recommended it. HOWEVER, that is all changing now. FF has raised their price $10 per month on every package. I completely understand if a business is losing money or not making enough. But the way the company is promoting the price change makes me uneasy and a little frustrated. You see, there's a tiny 8x11.5 in paper at the gates of the car wash, you can only see it if you're waiting in line. There is not mention of the price change whatsoever on their websites or social media. So, I messaged them and told them our story and how I couldn't really see the cost of the changes as I was driving by. They told me that the Freddy's Finest was going to be $44.95 (was 34.95) BUT if that was too expensive, I could get 8 washes per month for just $5 more than I'm currently paying (39.95). Although this is one of our favorite things to do, I'm going to have to find a different car wash or a new sensory coping activity for my daughter. I'm so disappointed in the shady way they're going about this change. FYI, current members, the new prices go in effect October 1st and you have to cancel seven days prior to the charge. read more

They don't even spray the front or back of the car before the wash. Dryers / Blowers don't work well so you have to dry your car. Last time I come here! read more

A very average car wash. With any automatic car washes there are always risks. I think Fast Freddy's does a very good job at publicizing there there are risks. The employees have always been very nice and helpful every time I go. I really like their vacuum stations because they're easy to manage and operate. read more

When they were first opened it was great. The last couple time I went through the chamois at the end of the run didn't work. Over several months at least, they have yet to repair it. You pay a premium price for their service and the chamois really helps with the final quality of the wash. Without it, your don't remove all the water spots or any light haze that might remain. read more

It cost me $15 for the cash wash then $106 to replace my tire after their system put a hole in it. There was a gaping perfectly round puncture in my tire. Immediately after leaving I notice my tire. I park, get out of my car and within seconds my tire is flat to the rim. Fast Freddy's said I probably ran over a screw or hit something or that it was a coincidence that it went flat after leaving their facility. I was astonished by the lack of responsibility, and customer service. Decent human beings and decently ran companies will take responsibilities for at fault accidents. They said this has never happened before so there's no way! Well let me tell you the company that fixed my tire said it's happened several times!! I will never return and would like to warn you unless a clean car is worth a flat tire!! read more

This is what I would call an average car wash. As much as I want to like it...it is good for only cleaning off dirt. If you are hoping to get your windshield clean from bugs, forget it. The part that I don't understand is why they have 2-3 employees standing around watching you enter the car wash but doing nothing other than watch you or guide your car in the rail. If they would just use a scrub brush to get bugs off before the wash, it would probably get 4 or 5 stars. I honestly haven't noticed a difference between the most expensive wash & the step below. So don't bother wasting the extra $3 for the top of the line. read more
