The place is very modern: they offer pay vacuums, they have a vending machine for the essentials, and they have an automatic wash if you do not want to do DIY. All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.

Immediately after my $12 car wash, I noticed some residual splatters of mud and asked if I could give them a spray with the pressure washer to remove. The first thing out of the employee's mouth was, "that's not mud". I swiped my finger over a spot of mud and told him that I'm not going to have a debate over mud. I got back into my truck and drove off. It should be noted that the employee was on his cell phone for the duration of my visit, which surely contributed to his half-ass job pre-washing the truck with the pressure sprayer. Think about the amount of money invested by the owner of this business only to have it pissed away by a poor employee.

The interior of the car was clean and you guys did a great job, in that essence of the service you guys provided. But the exterior was not done properly. I noticed, when I drove off, that there were smudge marks all over my windows from the towel dry that was done. There were also several grease/dirty marks on my car that was not hit through the wash and that the people did not wipe down afterwards. Between the expectation that I had and the perception of how the service was delivered, it was an ok experience. Yes the car was somewhat clean, but there was room for improvement. A suggestion, to keep this from happening again, is to worry about the efficiency rather than how quick the service is done. Also, having the towel drying crew do a full inspection of the outside of the vehicle to make sure they got all spots of the car. Even, asking the customer to do an inspection can go a long way to maintaining a high customer satisfaction and service. Overall, I do think this is a great car washing service company, I look forward to having my car get washed by you guys in the future!
