The place is very modern: they offer pay vacuums, they have a vending machine for the essentials, and they have an automatic wash if you do not want to do DIY. All of these mentioned have an option to pay with your phone or via tap or card which is great and I appreciate! Everything was going smoothly until somehow the hose connected to the pressure gun busted on me while I was trying to put the gun down to switch to conditioner. I got immediate soaked and the pressure transferred to the hole which caused me a few uncomfortable cuts, not very deep or big... but nonetheless I had to stop the wash. There was no one there I could notify unfortunately as it was late on a Sunday. Thankfully I had just rinsed the car and it was not covered in soap or foam. When buying some of the vending machine items my phone was accepted once but not the second time so I had to use my physical card. Overall, I feel confident the wash could've been perfect without the hose issue so that is why I took one star off. I look forward to coming again and trying it though.

My son's truck is a work truck and it was filthy. They took so much time on it, before it went through the automatic wash and after when cleaning the inside. I am very picky when it comes to car wash, and protecting the paint on my vehicles. For a touch free car wash this is the type of wash you should look for, no damage to paint, no swirls and no debris filled sponges and rags scratching up your paint. With that said, if you have baked on bug guts, these type of washes will not remove them, any car wash that can remove them without elbow grease is probably damaging your paint. The vacuums are nice and well maintained, this is great place for your daily drive, the foam is a must!

The attendant in our lane walked off. When we tried to pay it said that an attendant would be there shortly. Five minutes later, no attendant. The line grew exponentially behind us. I pushed the help button. Another several minutes go by with no help. One of our party had to step out of the car and get the attendant from the other lane in order for us to continue through. We will not be returning.
