Poor service. Had 4 polo shirts cleaned and was charged $19.00. I was charged for 5 but even $4.00 a shirt for polo's is too much. Picked up shirts and not one mention of the over charge. I asked her to check my order and she said I was over charged and they put a credit on my account. What account? I haven't been there in over 5 years. I asked for her to give me the cash back that I pre paid to begin with. At those prices and with such poor customer service I won't be back to that dry cleaner. I like the drive thru part but I had to wait a few minutes for both drop off and pick up. To their credit shirts looked good but the young woman at the cashier sneered at me when I asked her any questions as if I was a burden, wow. This was my first experience taking in my dress shirt to be cleaned. I had no idea how this works, so the young lady educated me about the process. She input my information, printed me a ticket, and told me when it would be ready. Picked up my shirt on the day of provided on the ticket. The shirt is cleaned and pressed, looks better than it did brand new. read more

Have been there 2 times now. No problems they did exactly as promised. I like the drive through window but, wish there was more parking. I haven't had any problem with customer service but, I think they could be a bit more pleasant. They don't smile and give you that warm feeling. Just saying. read more

A fast dry cleaner with convenient drive-through service and good prices. The only complaint I have is that multiple shirts with light food (grease) stains aren't getting clean, as if the shirts aren't being washed in soap or agitated sufficiently. So I decided to give this place a whirl considering I'm not too happy with the other dry cleaners I have been to in the past. I dropped off a 2 shirts and a pair of pants...everything needed to be dry cleaned and both the shirts had buttons that needed to be fixed. Apparently, if you get the shirt dry clean they do a free button repair. (Good stuff!) This worked out perfectly for me. (about 5 days later) I pick up the items and since I was in a rush I didn't check anything. I go home and find one of my buttons has not been repaired, it still has a pink tag on it that says "REPLACE". I figure eh' stuff happens, we're all humans and mistakes can be made... I call up the dry cleaners asking if they can annotate any notes on my account to ensure next time I drop off some clothes that the button is repaired and I don't have to argue with the person at the register. The lady over the phone assures me that it won't be any trouble and to just come by with the shirt and they will fix it in about 15 minutes... So next time I go to drop off the shirt let's see!! Went to another cleaners first that was entirely too rude and then came here and were pleasantly surprised. Drove right up gave her our jacket and prepaid for $5 not bad. She was very nice and had a smile on her face. Customer service is key. Have not got the jacket back yet so do not know about that yet. read more

The only thing good about this place is the drive thru. I have been taking my work clothing here for a few years and during that time the level of service has steadily declined to horrible. Im starting to wonder if they even clean the clothes or just press them to appear clean. Due to a recent situation where my clothes were not done as promised I've moved on. read more

Ruined my very expensive evening gown. All I dropped it off for was a steaming and they stretched out the straps which were a thin lace like material with beadwork on it. I have to get my dress altered and fixed if I ever want to wear it. Not happy at all!! read more

Very dissapointed when it comes to accepting responsibility for ruining a new dress. I had been a regular customer for several months. Brought a dress with sequens all across the torso to the cleaner. Came to pick it up with no indication of any wrong doing. Went home and my daughter started crying that her graduation dress was ruined since all the sequences were missing of the dress. Why wasn't i informed at pick-up? Did the cleaner wish the problem go away? Why wasn't the dress marked as a problem? Upon return, the employeea in the shop all knew about the ruined dress and tried to blame Macy as a defective dress and said I should return it. The workers then said they washed the dress according to the directions and it fell apart. I laughed in disbrlief in her face. The dress shrunk size so they put it in the dryer. There was no dry clean as i asked. I left the dress and called the owner over 3 weeks ago with emails and phone calls describing the destruction, pdf pictures with no return call or email. Complete silence. I may file a small court claim to get Abdullah W.attention. More to come on this situation. 24 hrs later. I have received a call from the spouse and she indicated she was able to return the dress at Macy for a giftcard. They will also reimburse us for the cleaning also. They will mail me the card. They reimbursed me for the dress and give them credit for that. I will continue to use them and up my rating read more

I like this place it's convenient for me because I live near by, I do have a couple of issues here though I must express them. I'm a person that likes to do business with people and expect the same customer service. Here there is a short Latin women working that the few times I've came she's super rude. She's not helpful at all. It's very irritating I bring her business and she's really snappy and rude about it as if I'm bothering her, it's like if you don't like your job go some where else. There was a mistake with a piece of clothing of mine that got lost, I didn't throw a fit I was very calm they then located the item and told me to come back the following week for my item becaus it had not gotten dry cleanedI was ok about it and did not once get a apology. Mind you they almost gave my stuff to another person. It's time to look else where! read more

I have been going to this place for a year now....because it is convenient. Not once do I remember being greeted when I walk in. The lady (owner?) at the desk stares at you until you get to the counter....never a "can I help you?" She just says "phone number?" I guess I could tolerate her rudeness if the quality was good. But, it has gone way down hill. On my last pickup, the shirts were wrinkled and two had iron marks. I will go to Livermore from now on. read more

i was reading the other comments about this business and i have to disagree with you. Have you been to the other cleaners? drive-thru charges 1.55 per shirt compared to 1.95 and 2.50. and they dry clean cheaper as well depending on what you take to them and even then its good. although park avenue is cheap their work is not as good as this cleaners. BEST SERVICE FOR THE LOWEST PRICE! and the guy who works the weekends is cool too...i always receive an extra 5% off from him when i prepay read more

After testing various cleaners within Tracy area I found Express Cleaners to have the best customer service, especially from Maricela who takes the time exam, inquire how fast I need my shirts, always with smile.
