I like that he didn't try to sell me a bunch of "add ons" that some companies do. We agreed upon an appointment time for a few weeks later. Guess what? He texted me the day before to confirm, then showed up A MINUTE EARLY! I was very impressed by his friendliness and how much care he put into making our house smell like 2 dogs don't live here ;) The final cherry on top was that he left us several pairs of booties so that we could walk around our house while the carpet dries without getting our feet wet. One day I received a text that my cleaner was in an accident and wouldn't arrive. I found out later that was a lie. She and her family were picked up by ICE and deported though they are not gang members nor criminals. They sent someone else who seemed completely untrained and ill prepared to clean my home. She used an abrasive pad on the stainless steel trim on my custom Elmira stove that permanently scratched the surface. This appliance matches my custom refrigerator, major features of my home. On top of that she did not have a vacuum cleaner. Instead of asking to use my vacuum cleaner she left with the floors still dirty. I hoped that my previous cleaner would return but instead they sent another subpar cleaner who arrived without a vacuum cleaner. I started thinking they are just hiring anyone off of the equivalent of Craigs list. Since then they have done nothing regarding the damage to my appliance. I have asked them 3 times to have their insurance company contact me and haven't heard anything though the damage happened in April.
