I have used Admiral Chem Dry, and I am very happy with their work. Scheduling appointments is a breeze, and they arrive on time, every time. I used them in both my old house, and my new house. The first time I used them, in 2013, David, Joe and Michael were very professional and provided me with a quote up front. The price was very fair. Their work was thorough and quick. I am just amazed at how clean this 15+ year old carpet looks! The dog pee stains are gone, and although it didn't smell bad in here before, my home is now filled with a refreshing citrus scent. In 2013, we had an elderly boxer who became incontinent in the months prior to her passing away, and our carpet was stained badly in certain areas. I was afraid it was beyond cleaning, but after reading the glowing reviews about Admiral Chem Dry, I decided to give them a call. The lady that took my call over the phone was very kind and reassuring when I explained the situation with the carpet and how bad it was. I was very embarrassed, but she said they've seen all sorts of pet stained carpets and put me at ease. We set an appointment for that same week. They finished in about two hours. They did a beautiful, spectacular job! I couldn't believe it! The carpet looked better than the day we moved in ten years before. None of the stains resurfaced. I have had carpets cleaned by other companies in the past, and I have never, ever seen them come close to cleaning stains as well as Admiral. Admiral uses this big buffer, something I have not noticed other carpet cleaners use. They honor their quote, and don't try to hard-sell other services. I really really wanted to like this business. The owners were lovely which is why it pains me to write this. I needed 3 rugs cleaned. I had the sizes and had discussed the rates with Louise. The price she quoted me was about $50 less than other places I had called. I was thrilled when I went to drop off my rugs and saw that they were veteran owned and run. However, I felt like I had walked into an ashtray. Even through my mask, the smell of smoke was overwhelming. I commented and was assured my rugs would not smell like smoke. Louise seemed surprised that I could smell it. I was stupified that she said she could not. The place generally was not very clean, but wanting to like them, I was still trying to stay in the game. After unloading all 3 rugs, the male owner priced me out at $100 more than Louise did, and offered sanitizing for yet another charge. They were not on the same page at all. No posted prices; they seem to be flying by the seat of their pants and making things up on the spot. Louise deferred to the gentleman and said his price was the price b/c they needed to see the rugs to know for sure what the price would be. There were no stains, or urine or anything like that. I had given sizes over the phone. Basic cleaning was requested on the phone, basic cleaning was what was included in the price that I got when I got there. I don't understand how it's $190 max on the phone and $289 when I show up. I told them it felt like a bait and switch and they apologized, but it didn't change the fact that I wasted time loading and unloading 3 rugs only to have to load them up again go to another place. They were polite and helped with the loading and unloading, but things definitely need to change to make this business good in my eyes. read more

Roommate's dog urinated on my magazine pretty couch. Roommate had Chem-Dry clean my couch. They actually took her away to their warehouse, then brought her back wrapped up like new. Yes, my couch is a lady. A fluffy, cuddly, feminine piece of furniture. The employees were all very friendly, and promised to take good care of my beloved couch while she was with them. The couch now looks, and smells wonderful. It probably smelled like my dog, and my feet before roommate dog helped herself. The scent it returned with was like faint baby powder, and didn't cause any of the residents of this allergy riddled home to sneeze. We put waterproof covers on the couch, and chair, but it turns out that they're not so waterproof after all. (They're the cheap, quilted ones that pop up under top results on Amazon.) We're calling Chem-Dry again. I look forward to my chair being refreshed, as he's also a valued member of my furniture team, and one of dog friend's favorite spots. I hope not to need to hire Chem-Dry again until I'm ready to have my carpets cleaned. read more

I have been using Mike and his team for years now. They are professional and do a great job. Dolores who answers the phones and schedules is sweet. I have 2 large dogs and you can not tell that any animals live here once they leave. The carpets are clean and smell amazing. There is no chemical after smell. I found out about this company from driving by their business and seeing their "3 rooms for 99.00" special sign outside. I called them at 6:00 on Thursday, the lady who setup the initial meeting was very patient with us because we had ALOT of questions. We have dogs so I needed to make sure that they could handle the pet fur and the clean up needed. She had 2 guys come the next day on time at 12:00 to give us an estimate. David Cardenas is who did our floors. They actually showed up ready to clean the carpets too, not just ready to provide the estimate. We have had our carpets done before by a different company, last year around this time and the carpets did not come out the way they did when chem-dry did our carpets. The carpets now looks AMAZING. It looks like brand new carpet now. They inspected the carpet, vacuumed the floors, used a carpet rake to get all of the pet hair up, they even gave us some discounts to allow us to get the pet treatment that they have. We had our living room (which is huuuggee btw) our master bedroom and master bathroom area done for a very very great price -135.00 I will definitely recommend this carpet cleaning company to people I know.
