    I had high expectations going into this working relationship because of the positive reviews I had seen online. Chandler was our salesperson, and he was SUPER nice when he came to our home. We were in a bad situation because our toilet had overflowed and we needed new floors throughout basically our entire home. The remediation and new dry wall had been completed, but flooring was something we needed installed, preferably asap. Chandler was so empathetic and said he promised we "wouldn't have to lift a finger". We were originally told they'd be getting started last Thursday. No one showed up. We called and they had apparently had some issues with the flooring being delivered, so they weren't even going to start the demo on our old floors. After some back and forth, and advocating from Chandler, they agreed to get started Friday morning and would call us by 9am with a two hour arrival window. Things happen, so we tried to move forward with a positive attitude. The first day was fine. Everyone was nice and helpful. We never got a phone call though, and didn't know they were even on their way until our alarm system notified us someone was at our doorbell camera. They finished up day one and were coming back Saturday. Things were not as smooth on Saturday. Again, no phone call to let us know they were on the way. They said one of their tools was missing. Only other people in our home were us and a handyman to start demo-ing our kitchen, and he swore he didn't even see it the day before. Either way, they took their frustration out on us. They came back today and were supposed to be finishing up the job. They left our home in absolute shambles. They didn't re-hang two of our doors, they got some type of material all over our freshly painted walls, and so much for not lifting a finger because they packed our furniture back in like a storage unit just threw up in our house. It wasn't even in the correct rooms. They didn't even bother taking all of it inside and left a lot of it in the garage. They left our windows open, and didn't even care. All of our furniture is probably damaged, I only saw some of the damage from the furniture I could see. They broke one of our solar garden lights, as well as a small sign in one of our flower beds. Their install supervisor, Cesar, yelled at me over the phone about not signing off on the work as completed and about them not rehanging our doors as we were told they would. We were replacing our toilets as well (since they caused this whole issue), but they arrived cracked and they are supposed to install our replacement toilets on Wednesday, as well as move our items to the correct rooms. Sales supervisor Kyle asked me to leave a review if they discounted our price, so here it is. If they show up on Wednesday and do a satisfactory job, I'll update the review. Until then, expect this level of crappy service and shoddy experiences. I can't add any more than 20 photos, but I have them.

    Awful service. Do not do business with them. Shoddy work, their crews left grease stains on my walls, wiped caulk on them as well. Getting to them to own up is near impossible.

Tyler was the sales rep that helped me and he was knowledgeable, responsive, and on time every step of the way. He answered all of our questions, made recommendations based on our price point and desired outcome. The installers they used were also top notch. They came early, and left late. Cleaned up, and was careful to walk us through everything they were doing and did. Tyler followed up after the install to make sure everything was good and we were satisfied. Great experience!

Matt quickly understood my needs and offered tailored solutions, whether it was attractive, high-quality LVP for a home I was preparing to sell or durable, budget-friendly carpet for a rental. He made thoughtful adjustments to help me stay within budget, and I truly appreciated the returning customer discount. His quote even beat the total cost of buying materials from Home Depot or Lowe's and hiring an independent contractor. With professional installation, fair pricing, and outstanding customer service, it's no surprise I keep coming back.

Apparently there was a minimum order. I texted with the person I originally worked with and asked about returns. He said as long as you had a minimum of 4 boxes they would take it back but charge a 25% stocking fee!! What?!?! Their warehouse is in the same building. Anyway we decided better than nothing for product we weren't going to use. Called Emser this morning telling them we were on our way with 8 boxes. He said 'wait you can't do that. You will need to send a request through an email to us and ask if we would accept the return. Do not come until you get a return email stating we would take the return." Then I told him our contractor purchased our items and he said he couldn't do anything with me. Told me to have our contractor call Emser. Our contractor called me while he was on hold and told there was a 30!day return timeframe. Are you kidding. No one, I mean no one ever mentioned anything about a time frame. How can you get a full job completed in that time. But the fact is we were never told. We went to Floor and Decor and we're told we have 90 days to return just make sure there is a receipt. We took stuff back today. Took 10 minutes. Got a full return from Floor and Decor. Yay F & D. 5 stars. Boo Emser. Négative 5 stars.

Once I narrowed down that I wanted a white oak floor without a lot of knots and a certain thickness of wear layer, Diego got to work finding options in my preferred color range. He even did research and ordered floor samples that he did not have in the store. He was patient and always answered all my questions. Diego recommended that we first order a sample box to make sure it matched the sample board. It is a good thing we did that, because the sample box was a shade lighter than the sample board. We still liked it, though, and placed the full order. We are doing a whole house gut renovation, and Diego worked with our contractor to reserve the flooring and hold it until we were ready. Diego also provided a competitive price. I cannot comment on their installation services because our contractor installed the floors. But we were happy with everything else.

I found another location on Burnet and met Tori. Over the course of a six weeks she gave ideas, opinions, and options. I was there numerous times looking at samples undecided on what to do. She referred me to some other trades to help with modifications to the house to facilitate the install which was greatly appreciated. The team knocked out 2200sq ft in roughly a week. They were in and out so fast! They were very accommodating leaving the master bedroom until the end so I had a place to work. They moved everything around and got the job done! I cannot thank Tori enough for putting up with me and the numerous changes along the way. She was always so patient and quick to respond day or night. At no time was communication a problem and day 1 for install she was here making sure the team understood anything we had discussed! Any deficiencies were promptly addressed and those were minimal cosmetic issues with baseboards but that was addressed no question asked or excuses which was refreshing! There was some issues with trim and she was very forthcoming to say there may be an issue, how would we like to proceed and they delivered! This review is long overdue since I had painters in the day after for 4 weeks and now that they left, everything looks warm and cozy! This was a huge transformation! Thanks Tori and the install team! I can't wait to have you back to do the bathrooms!
