Today the store manager Susan was extremely rude and ebarassed my daughter and her friend. Not once did she ask if she could help her but instead made her feel small and demanded that my daughter refold the bottoms that my daughter picked up to look at. I was not there but did call to speak with Susan after my daughter left distraught about how she was treated. Susan immediately became aggressive with me over the phone and explained that she was just joking about my daughter refolding the bottoms. I told her I didn't think that was funny at all and why didn't she offer to help my if she felt like my daughter looking for her size in the drawers below the suite hanging that she liked was an issue. She said she was busy and just didn't like for people to dig in the drawers. All this was uncalled for and the fact that Susan did not offer an apology for making my daughter feel bad was just unacceptable. We will easily spend 500-700 dollars each year. This location will no longer be the one we visit. The store offers such beautiful suits and I really wish that they had beautiful employees to sale and assist people who are willing to spend that amount of money for bathing suits. I saw a commercial recently for the Glide Step Slip-Ins and was intrigued so Mom and I stopped by this location today to try on a few pairs. I ended up purchasing a women's size 8.5 - two pairs of Slip-Ins (one in Black and one in Dark Mauve) and two pairs of Flip-Flops (one in Massage Fit with Arch Comfort Black and one in Goga Mat Silver). Mom ended up getting a women's size 11. One pair of the Air-Cooled, Memory Foam Slip-Ins in Black and one pair of the Vapor Foam in Purple. Ryan - a friendly store associate - asked us if we had any questions or needed any assistance finding a particular size or style. I found my size relatively easily (I can wear anywhere from a 7.5 to a 9 depending on the design and cut of the shoe and ultimately settled on an 8.5 for comfort and fit). Ryan mentioned that although they did carry size 11, the pairs were very few and far between so we had to browse the aisles with accuracy and precision. We ultimately found two pairs for Mom. I also found some stylish black go-walk leggings that practically go with anything. Looking forward to wearing them and perhaps returning to purchase more pairs. After looking online, I felt that we got a great deal by purchasing in-store. It was in-line with where I felt comfortable spending without compromising on quality. There were two store associates on the floor - and one of the nice young ladies (didn't get her name) checked us out at the cashier and signed up for the rewards program. She also said they don't keep any digital transaction receipts on file so there's no proof I bought the shoes at this store, which I find odd in 2025. Will NEVER step foot in this store ever again.
