My truck overheated in front of this auto shop. I was worried because I thought it was gonna cost me an arm and a leg. I had to get it done fast to get back to work. The mechanic inspected and I could feel the price just going up and up... but after about 10 min he found the problem... a simple hose at it was cheap to fix. They fixed it in about 15 min.... I was very happy. I dont know much about cars and I'm glad they were honest about my minor problem. read more

One of the hardest things to find in life is a good mechanic. I have found him and I want to share him with the world! As a woman, I hate getting my car fixed because I don't want to get ripped off. My cousin has been telling me to come to Paul for years but my car was under warranty with Lincoln. Once my warranty was up, my car was falling apart and costing a grip to fix. I came to Paul and I am never going anywhere else - unless he can't fix it and it's something the dealer has to guarantee. It usually costs me about $100 to get an oil change because I use synthetic oil and six cans but with Paul it's so cheap! If my car has an issue, he will advise if it's something that has to be done or it can wait. I love this man! I will never go anywhere else. All women and elderly must come here. Everyone should come see Paul. I sing him the highest of praises. I hope he never retires because I seriously will not know what to do if he does. I don't want to keep buying new cars every five years! read more

Paul can not be trusted. I can do some work on my own car, but not always having the time to do it, I go to places like this. I spend close to $1,000 fixing my car with them in a month. Then there was a screw that broke and to replace the screw, Paul made a big "oh it is hard work to put the screw back" to jack up the price just to replace a screw. After already giving him $1,000 for other services, he wants to screw me for more. I still paid him for it. Then I had him work on my brake. He told me that his new brake pads are so good, you don't need to router the brake drum. However, after a week it make sounds every time I brake. The next day I drove it back to have him router it. He did, but as he did that he was holding a hand held brake pad to make the brake drum slick, and because it was slick, still made sounds when I brake. He is all about getting my money. Whatever he can do to make that happen, he will lie through his teeth to get it. That was the last straw for me. I have known him for many years, and I can't trust the guy at all any more! It is hard to find an honest auto place! This turns out not to be one of them. read more

First time I walked into their door. I knew I had come to the right place. Paul is so nice and very helpful. He doesn't beat around the bush and will tell you what's needed and doesn't try to up sell you on things that you don't need. I went there to have him check my car to see if I need any work done. He was very honest and tell me the TRUTH. I got my oil change the first time. But, I did go back and have him repaired what was needed. Paul is very informative of what he was doing and really cares. Just pull right in and they'll get to work on your car. Sometimes, I don't even need to tell them what I need, they always know exactly what to do. I've even asked for work that Paul admittedly didn't feel comfortable doing, because he didn't want to take my money for something that wasn't necessary. Called to make an appointment but was squeezed in on a Monday morning, so yay! I dragged my old 1994 miata here 2 weeks ago to check on that oil drip. I also had my ac checked as it has stopped blowing cold air right when I needed it and it was time for oil change. I left my car and walked to work. Two and a half hours later, the mechanic Paul called and gave me the diagnosis. The leak turned out to be power steering fluid and there were leaks in the hose. The hose needed to be replaced and that was costly (ouch!) I don't speak car language but he explained to me in a way that my rudimentary mind can absorb what the current problems were and what needs to be taken care of immediately and what needs to be monitored and/or fixed in the future. (I don't have time to shop around and this is the closest repair shop I could drive to without hurting my car.) He gave me a quote and I agreed. By 3pm my car was ready. They close at 5:30 and I asked if they could wait for me after 5:30 to walk from work, and of course they did. I'm a satisfied customer! read more

I've been coming here for about 2 years and it's been my go-to car repair shop since. Owner is very knowledgable in car maintenance and thoroughly explains to customer what needs to be done that's necessary for taking care of ur car rather than suggesting a repair that can be taken care of later. Prices are great here as well and quick same day service most of the time! Suggested my sister to come here for one of her repairs which the owner quoted her just HALF the cost. There are lots of food spots around so if ure waiting around, u can explore a little. read more

I don't even know what to say. I know there are new guys here. I've been bringing my car here for years. Always treated nicely by the original guys that have been there for years. There were a few experiences I had that made me decide to go elsewhere. When I had oil changes, for some reason before my next visit was due, I would have to add more oil til the next visit. That happened a few times. I took it somewhere else and didn't have that problem. My car even had a boost to it. So, my car has been making noise. Since I usually visit this place I decided to take car in. The guy got in took it for a test drive and knew it was the bearings. I mention to the guy that they didn't look busy. He said they weren't. He quoted $300 for the left side. I say, let me work out the money and I will be back in a few hours. He suggested to bring it Monday. Which I didn't understand why if he said they weren't busy. I told someone what the quote was and said it was to high. I took it to the neighborhood shop and he said it was the bearing. The charge would be $130 and could be done within a few hours. So of course I went for the second option. I was surprised that the first shop would do this. I've been a long time customer. I couldn't believe it. Maybe it depends on who checks your car. read more
