If it weren't for Chuck, I don't think I would've bought these boots. No, he didn't talk me into buying anything. He didn't press me to buy a certain brand or type of boot. I felt like a trust Chuck. I took his word. That guy took the boots off his own feet to let me feel how an exotic leather becomes more supple as you wear and condition them as opposed to how rigid and tough they feel on the shelf. This shop is near Holiday Manor, and it was neat seeing how it has an elegant showroom in front and then a larger area in back where the alterations are made. Men's suits seem to be their focus, so if that's something you're in the market for, definitely check them out. My pants were done less than a week later, and they were hemmed perfectly. They made size and fit recommendations and offered to order something that wasn't in stock (I have a odd frame) they simply contacted me when it was available and offered to tailor it to fit.
