Despite multiple attempts to escalate the issue, both VP and CEO have consistently given me the runaround, offering no solutions or meaningful follow-up. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of accountability is completely unacceptable, especially in an industry where timely communication and documentation are critical. I would caution anyone considering this company. If you ever need to transition coverage or require support beyond the bare minimum, you may find yourself in the same nightmare scenario.
