After driving off from getting my oil changed, I hear a god awful scraping from under the vehicle, so I pull over and find the protective shield had fallen from not being secured properly and was just dragging the ground while I'm on the interstate. It was plastic so it was destroyed beyond repair by time I could get somewhere to try and fix it. I thought maybe this was a one time, fluke incident, but nope, they just did it AGAIN to my daughter's vehicle. I should've learned from the first time I suppose. If you want to keep your under body shield in tact, I would not recommend this place. I don't know if it's incompetence or laziness, but either way, no good.
