I come here every month for my babies pictures. My family comes for holiday pictures. After being here so many years I keep loving my pictures more and more. I do have to say that customer service is great but the customers themselves are very entitled and disrespectful. Like I said I go often and I have witnessed 2 arguments where customers off the bat are rude. Every time I sign I am told to sign a form and get the guidelines told. Yet I went to go check up on them after they would talk about customers trying to lie their way into a refund when they inform that the deposit will not be refundable. I love this place and I think reviews aren't that trustworthy. I suggest going in and seeing things for yourself. read more

Never again booking with them. $100 just to have digital files when any other photo studio includes the digital files. It's cheap so you get what you pay for but no reason to be charging $100. read more

Terrible customer service! Would give it ZERO stars if I could. They communicate nothing ahead of time and the girls are snobby. The photographer gave me one price and when I came back to view the pictures, another girl gave completely different prices. They treat you like they are doing you a favor instead of realizing they are a business and poor customer service is bad for business. Ridiculous! Brought my baby to take pictures and must say that I received the best service ever, I have taken pictures at the other chain store and must say that this is my new spot. Not only did they take us in on the spot but the quality of service that we received was spot on the amount of props that they have is impressive. I had my photos taken by Daniela and must say that she was kind and courtesy she went out of her way to make sure she made my baby smile at 6 months old I didn't think she would be able to capture him the way I see him but she did. Went in to take pictures of my son for christmas....in the beginning be wasn't participating well, but after maybe 20 minutes he actually starting saying cheese and was able to sit by himself. I appreciate the patience of the photographer and I love how his pictures came out. read more

The customer service is the worst place I have ever been to. Never go here the people here do know know how to treat their customers. They are rude and unprofessional. Being an manger at another retail I know what service should be and this is not it. The quality is good however service id's everything. Recently I passed by and saw that Mariela one of the older staff members was there and decided to make an appointment. Express photo studio is the best! i have been coming here for 2 years now. Since I did my pregnancy photoshoot i love it! Daniela my favorite photographer did an amazing job!! i took some of my props and different outfits after telling her the theme for my babyshower was superheros she literally went out of her way to make me a cape and made look like i was flying lol! Once my baby was born she also did his 1st photoshoot, mothers day Photoshoot 6months photoshoot 1st birthday/smash cake! My son likes her so much she is so patient with him!!! she is amazing she gets the best shots i always end up speending more because i cant just choose 2-4 poses!!! great place i love it!!! read more

There service is completely trash! My sister went in for her graduation picture and they took her pictures. The angles are awful they made her look like she has a double chin. When I told them that I didn't like the picture they did not let her retake them because she paid it off fully. This is not not fair since she paid full she should get the option to retake them the photograph had horrible angles. She's short skinny and has brown hair stay away from her. Keep in mind I live an hour away and I wanted to get my photos the same day but there printer broke. That is not my problem they should let the customers know before they even schedule their appointment. I need my pictures by Wednesday and they told me they would have them by Friday that is ridiculous, I should at least get some type of discount. read more

Honestly I have been coming here for a few years but today they completely lost my service. The girls provided TERRIBLE customer service!! I have never been treated so Horrible. Whoever hired these girls must have been on crack because they seriously have no manners they are stuck up and tend to talk down to you. they Are super rude and inconsiderate when you have kids. To make it worse my New born daughter has acid reflux and threw up when we got out of the car making us literally 2 minutes late with a horrible smirk they said oh well we will reschedule you since you are late. I've come here 2x and my photos came out great. Their prices are decent. Only downfall is that the wait times are long as any other 1hr photo studio would. The girls here are very sweet and did a good job trying to capture my boys in their best moments. I've since heard that some of the girls moved locations to West Co. but I'm not completely sure. Overall customer service was not there, during my one hr. Session a lady kept coming into the room talking to the photographer and walking through the room getting objects on 5 different occasions. I asked her to not come inside of my session and she began to say with an attitude that her boss wants her to ask a question to the other lady. (Very unprofessional ). The photographer was very sweet and suggested plenty of poses and ideas. She apologies or the interruptions and rudeness of the other young lady. Took a while to pic fav pics (they take a large amount) and to process them first is about 20 mins. Then almost two hours after edits and retouch. So you may want to book first thing in the morning. Spoke to the manager about my bad session interruption he did nothing at all! But said he would talk to her?? And sorry about that. But some how i doubt that. I've come here before and the pictures are nice considering how much you pay. BUT the customer service is HORRIBLE! I understand that you need your clients to be there 10 min before to choose background and so forth but you cancel the app for 2 min late! And according to you 5 on your manually wound up clock! Do you know how long it takes to get parking in your parking lot? And be a little more considerate of your clients who have children. Your cold and rude attitude cost you another client. I rather pay a little bit more and be treated with more curtesy than pay less and be treated rudely. read more

AMAZING!!! We drove 30 min. to get there and it was SO worh it! Yazzy was our photographer and she worked hard to get my 2 year old daughter's smile. She did an AWESOME job, and took so many GREAT shots it was hard to choose which one we liked the best! Express Photo Studio is well priced, and you get your pictures back in about an hour! Worst customer service I have ever received. Was very excited about getting my son's year and a half photos done, (drove a long way for this studio) and was treated like trash from the moment I got there. I arrived 2 minutes late, so they moved my appointment back thirty minutes. (Many of you parents with young kids might be well aware that thirty minutes is enough for a little one to get fussy.) So I waited patiently for 30 minutes, reasonably when the time for my appointment rolled around, and I hadn't been called back I went to say something. The OWNER of the studio began to yell at me, basically telling me it was my fault. Naturally, I told him he ran a (for lack of a better word) crappy business. Moral of the story; yes they have ok priced pictures (when in all reality I would rather go to Target; better service and A LOT cheaper) buuuuut you are expected to arrive on time when the employees can just sit around, and act like they run the place ....when they're located in an indoor swap meet. HAHA. Never again will I come back to this sorry excuse for a "photographer." read more
