I been meaning to write a review for this photo studio since I have had multiple photo shoots her for my family and I. I must mention that the girls that work her are super sweet and patient . The photographer is very professional and definitely has great experience in what she does . The photo editing is always our absolute favorite and definitely get your money's worth . I love that the studio gives you access to some maternity gowns at no extra charge . Grad pictures come out great and family portraits even better .I would definitely recommend this place and continue to use this studio for our special moments . read more

They take AMAZING maternity pictures and the staff is very nice! We used their gowns they had available and the photographer was very nice and patient. You get the best for your money here it's about $180 if you use their gowns and cheaper if you bring your own. They allow 2 outfit changes and other people in the picture with you even kids! I know there se other places that will up charge you for anything but this place is reasonable. The lady on the phone is also very nice and has great customer service skills. You have to book an appointment and give a small deposit to secure your date then you come in and take your pictures and come back the next day to select the prints you want. They also take other pictures for different occasions such as graduations, birthdays, holidays, and many more. We will defíneles be back here for family pictures once our baby is born. read more

Located inside the Indoor swap meet, this is a very affordable place to do you photoshoot at! I've been coming here for years, and I love how easy it is to book an appointment and how fast it is to have your photos edited and ready for pickup. This place is cool because the deposit is usually around 20.00 and you can pick your package (don't forget to ask for a digital copy!). We were able to get 6 poses and a digital copy for 200.00 (as of 2021). I recently learned they do outside photography but I'm not sure of the cost. Great customer service and good prices will always have me coming back here. read more

We came here for this year's holiday cards and we were impressed by the entire experience. Natalie was professional, approachable, and had an eye for detail when taking our pictures. She not only instructed some posing, but she also gave us suggestions for hand and foot placement. It took about 30 mins for our images to be processed. This was no problem being located in the Pomona swap meet. April then was SO patient with me and my family when selecting pictures. She had a smile on her face and made us feel very comfortable. You'd never guess this little gem would be located inside a swapmeet. I was looking for somewhere to take my son's six month photos, but I didn't want to pay an arm and a leg -- cause I already spent those on newborn photos. I found that Express Photo Studio had great reviews and were very informative on the phone. They offered lots of tips and were flexible on scheduling. On the day of our appointment, we got the sweetest girl, Daniela, who unfortunately no longer works there (but she's doing bigger and better things!). She was so great with my son and we got the absolute best photos. They were also flexible about adding people in when I wanted a few shots with my daughter and baby. Their turnaround time is super fast. We got to view proofs in half an hour, and prints/cd were ready the next day. read more

My daughter was scared the whole time she wouldn't allow us to take any pics but Natalie continued trying even though I gave up she didn't and was able to get some good pics on my daughter and son . If you are on a budget this isn't a bad alternative to another photo studio. However, if you are in a hurry they do take a while before your photos are ready for viewing. Just be aware of that. Photos take another hour to print . Expect about a 3 hour day. read more

I booked an appointment for one session of 45mins when I get there they tell me it's a session of 10mins due to them overbooking, mind you I have a 10month old baby dressed fussy my family is dressed ready for our shoot. They kept insisting for me to pay when I had proof of their photo session policy. They did not even try to re schedule me for another day or try to accommodate anything for that same day. Still had the audacity to ask if I wanted to get this 10min session done if not they will go onto the next appointment. Just the worse never again!!!! read more

I always go to this photo studio but this time i went about last week to have my son and nephews graduation pictures taken. There is no more Jasmine there and she always takes great pictures. This time a girl named April took there pictures and did a horrible job. The lighting in tge pics is bad and my sons fingers are 1/2 white and 1/2 brown. In other pictures she didnt center the two boys. I will nevet go back so disappointed. read more

I come here every month for my babies pictures. My family comes for holiday pictures. After being here so many years I keep loving my pictures more and more. I do have to say that customer service is great but the customers themselves are very entitled and disrespectful. Like I said I go often and I have witnessed 2 arguments where customers off the bat are rude. Every time I sign I am told to sign a form and get the guidelines told. Yet I went to go check up on them after they would talk about customers trying to lie their way into a refund when they inform that the deposit will not be refundable. I love this place and I think reviews aren't that trustworthy. I suggest going in and seeing things for yourself. read more
