After going inside it felt a little to small for my liking. I had to reroute myself several times just to look at items because of the people in here. I will give them this, it is nice and bright in the store and everything seemed organized and in place. I found my items and went to pay. The two employees working made it feel like anyone that was in the store was interrupting them and we should have just left without anything in our hands. It took a while be be rung up as the guy was having a full on conversation and slowly processing the transaction. What really bothered me was that even after you paid, it felt like they were waiting to accuse you of stealing something. My friends that came with me had already paid and were waiting there for me to finish. As I was going through my transaction they kept looking at my friends, who had already paid, like they wanted to accuse them so badly of stealing what they just paid for. Once I finished my transaction we headed outside and were on our way.

The guy behind the counter said there would be a set-up in the back for sandwiches and coffee in a couple weeks. Hope this venture goes well because I miss those corner bodegas of NYC... I went into Walgreens with the intentions of buying 10 gift cards valued at 100$ each. So, they had two sets of 5 gift cards....they gave me 5 of them and I went along my way. After passing the gift cards out to my employees, they came back telling me that iTunes was giving them a message saying the cards were not authorized. I then call iTunes and they tell me to go back to the provider of the cards because the cards were never activated. I called Walgreens just to see if there's anything that might've went wrong during my transaction and they assured me that all the item numbers matched up with what was on my receipt. I call Apple and give them the message that I received from Walgreens and they told me that there's nothing they can do, so my only option was to head back to Walgreens. After discussing my issue with associates and assistant managers For a total of 20 minutes, one of the employees decide to go to the back and check for the old cards that never went through because of the $500 limit and there they were! The item numbers on the cards that were never given to be matched up to the ones that were on my receipt. So, all of that back-and-forth just because they gave me the wrong gift cards when I initially left the store. I spoke with Karina, the store manager, and she didn't really do much except for provide the district managers number. The three stars are for Kent Farmer... I truly appreciate you for being considerate about my situation and handling it with the best customer service I've witnessed in a while. Thank you Kent. I will not be going back to this Walgreens.

What I call a sib is called by many different terms depending on what part of the country you are in. Wawa got their start in Pennsylvania somewhere by Philadelphia and over there, people call them hoagies. The story that I have always heard is that the name hoagie xomes from the Hoagland submarine base and the employees loved this particular sandwich so much that people started calling them hoagies. Anyway, for a gas station, Wawa has some pretty stellar subs (or if you prefer, hoagies). The gas is competitively priced and Wawa is an overall positive experience.
