    Rude gas station attendant. He wears sunglasses and is very degrading towards customers.

    I recently stopped by Express Stop Gas Station to refuel my car, and unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. I encountered a rude attendant whose demeanor was unwelcoming, and their customer service skills were severely lacking.. It's been a few years since I've pumped gas here because (1) I moved and have cheaper gas out where I am & (2) their gas is watered down/lower quality compared to your name brand gas stations around the area (shell, Sunoco, etc). Therefore, today I made a mistake of entering in the opposite direction of where you are supposed to enter. I realized after being told I could not pump gas coming in that direction that yes there were some changes to the gas station traffic flow. This is not the problem. My problem is my interaction w/ the gas station owner. As a woman, I felt degraded by the way the attendant spoke to me. He even threatened to call the cops on me when I know for a fact I did nothing wrong. I simply, (1) moved my car when asked & (2) asked for his name bc of how disrespectful/rude he was to me. He appeared annoyed when I stated I did not know the traffic flow had changed. His behavior made me uncomfortable and left me feeling disrespected as a customer. It's truly disappointing to encounter such poor customer service, and I hope the management of Express Gas Station addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for all patrons.

    It's better than it used to be. Thank you to the owners, who made this all one way in. Before I wouldn't dare to stop in here. This is a no frills gas station. They accept cash and most credit cards. You'll mostly save money here, at least compared with nearby stations that charge up to 50 cents more per gallon. That can add up. The employees seem decent enough. As for the pump area it's quite clean. You'll probably get in a line on the way out, as just two busy intersections meeting up here. Best time to go is weekday mornings after rush hour. The car was is alright, but nothing spectacular. It works to get rid of bird poop and pollen.

    Stopped in here to refuel late on a Saturday afternoon. The line for each pump was 3-8 cars deep. If I was not so close to empty - I would have been tempted to try my luck elsewhere. Paid the pump with a cc. Trying to get out of the station after refueling was a royal pain in the ass! People blocking access to the exit. I started honking to get one person to pull up enough for me to pass - but it was more important to have his stereo blasting and stare at his phone - then it was to be aware of his surroundings. I'll never buy gas here again - given options! #ExpressStop

    "Accidentally" fueled my pump with an extra $10 dollars $30 bucks instead of $20 dollars.

    The attendant at the window gives off the vibe that he hates his job and the people that come there. The gas is not worth being belittled

We paid $656, which feels completely overpriced for the quality of work delivered. I was told a single car usually takes 3 to 5 hours; however, the detailer spent only 5 hours total on both vehicles. If you expect a thorough cleaning and shampooing, look elsewhere. My cars were returned with noticeable mess and stains left behind. My McDonald fries is still in the gap between seat and console. Car hood still has some tree sap. The only positive was their ability to remove scratches. They are clearly skilled at that but the rest of the job was below average . Given the low quality of the delivery, I have no idea how this place has such high reviews. It was a very disappointing experience. I'll gladly go back to my regular in-person car wash, where I get much better results for $200 for both cars.

    I did not get to use Think Eco for their detailing service because they made it incredibly…read moredifficult to schedule an appointment. Starting with their dilapidated website, which contains no helpful information. Despite offering to book online, the website is non functional. Instead I call a phone number on the website. I get a "hello". Maybe if I was a business I would answer the phone more professionally. Did I reach a car detailing service or a pizza place or just some random dude. The lack of professionalism continues. Once we get past the initial awkwardness, they offer a same day appointment. I am asked to text the details (phone number, email address, car info) to the phone number. Basically, I've got to do all of their paperwork for them. They don't respond to the text. I don't know if I've been confirmed for the appointment or not. They eventually confirm the appointment after I prompt them I contact them. They estimate 2 hours, so I bring my whole family on two cars and drive 30 minutes. Their location is in a mall parking lot. Not super professional either. Now that I've arrived, they tell me that it will take longer than expected and they can't do it until Monday. It has already disrupted my afternoon. Despite my frustration with wasting an hour with nothing to show, I ask them to send me a quote. They never did Seems like a shady business that makes false promises. Won't put anything into writing. Buyer beware!

After paying $44 (plus a $10 tip) for a full one time cleaning, the entire passenger outside side of my car was still dirty, and the middle back seat hadn't been cleaned at all. I pointed this out to an employee, who became passive-aggressive and made a dismissive comment as he passed me. When I arrived the location was nearly empty. When I asked for the missed spots to be addressed, another staff member wiped the exterior and interior of my new Lexus with Windex. As the same passive aggressive male employee continued making passive aggressive comments at me, stating "maybe you need a detail, you should pay $500 for a detail instead"-- I pointed out that this wasn't the matter of me, needing a detail as I could wipe away the visible dirt and debris with my finger. This was obviously a malfunction of their car wash. In fact as I sat there waiting for my car to be finished, another woman had returned with her white bmw saying the same thing about the entire passenger side of her car also not being cleaned. She too could wipe the dirt with her finger. For $54, I'd expect a much higher standard, not to mention better customer service, and I'm certain if they can't do a basic wash correctly for $54. their detail job won't be much better. Prices have gone up substantially here, and it seems they're more interested in pushing their monthly packages than providing quality or consistency. I left with my car still dirty and now need to clean it myself. I suggest avoiding this franchise. I have included pictures. Please keep in mind that these were the pictures of what was left after I made them go back and work on my car two times.

    I wish I could give them a 0 or -5 Review!…read more 1-Star Review I had an absolutely awful experience with We Care Autowash and want to warn others to stay far away. They ruined the inside panel of my car during a wash and then tried to claim it was already damaged when I dropped it off. That was not the case. If it had been damaged beforehand, shouldn't they have pointed it out or made a note of it before taking the car? They initially acted like they were going to make it right by giving me their insurance company's information. I called the insurance and filed a claim, only to find out the owner told the insurance company that the car was damaged when I arrived. The insurance then asked me to provide pictures of the car before the damage. Why would I have pictures of something that wasn't damaged? It was clear at that point that We Care Autowash had no intention of taking responsibility from the start. Their behavior was dishonest and completely unprofessional. It's one thing for accidents to happen. It's another to lie to your customer and to your insurance company to avoid accountability. We Care Autowash has shown me that they do not care about their customers, their integrity, or doing the right thing. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to deal with damage and zero accountability afterward.
