He took his time to measure my upper body to find me the best fitting suit jacket and dress shirts. He taught me the difference of shirt styles: Slim Fit (definitely not me), Tailored Fit (that's me) and Traditional Fit (I will get there one day). There was a jacket I saw online. As soon as he saw the picture, he guided me to the dinner jacket section. Yup, that's exactly what the picture shows. I sure will come back during the holidays. I know there are some sales coming up. I hope they create a better system for returns because I should have been directed to customer service or even just been assisted by anyone to make a return. Since he also needs a suit for a wedding this Thursday, he decided to quickly try on a few suits to see what size fit him while he was already there. He had just gotten off a yard job and had a little grass on him, but he was not dirty and was not trying to wear the suit around he was simply trying it on for a minute to figure out his size because he didn't have time to go all the way home, change, and come back. Instead of speaking to him respectfully, one of the employees immediately gave him attitude and said, "Why are you trying on the suit while being so filthy? You know better than that." He laughed at first because he genuinely thought she was joking, but she kept going and was rude and disrespectful. If there was concern about the suits, that could have been handled politely. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass him or speak to him that way. He was already there picking up a tailored suit and trying to shop for another one, and instead he was treated unfairly and made uncomfortable. Very disappointing customer service. No customer should be spoken to like that.
