Since he also needs a suit for a wedding this Thursday, he decided to quickly try on a few suits to see what size fit him while he was already there. He had just gotten off a yard job and had a little grass on him, but he was not dirty and was not trying to wear the suit around he was simply trying it on for a minute to figure out his size because he didn't have time to go all the way home, change, and come back. Instead of speaking to him respectfully, one of the employees immediately gave him attitude and said, "Why are you trying on the suit while being so filthy? You know better than that." He laughed at first because he genuinely thought she was joking, but she kept going and was rude and disrespectful. If there was concern about the suits, that could have been handled politely. There was absolutely no reason to embarrass him or speak to him that way. He was already there picking up a tailored suit and trying to shop for another one, and instead he was treated unfairly and made uncomfortable. Very disappointing customer service. No customer should be spoken to like that.

I went to Good Feet because I've been having an issue with my toe finger recently. Before I walked into the store, I had no idea what I needed to buy or any information about it. I made an appointment online for 2 pm, but I ended up going early. As soon as I walked in, I heard a very friendly greeting with a smile. That was an excellent welcome and gave me the courage to share my toe-finger story. I always belive no matter where we work, we represent our workplace. This company must be proud to have an employee like James to represent them. He is super kind and very professional in his work. He listened carefully and helped me understand what I need to do from now on. He helped me learn how to measure for shoe shopping and explained which sizes I need to buy in the future. In terms of the 9060, I don't think I've ever had a more comfortable and stylish shoe. (My Brooks don't count because of course they are comfortable, stylish I don't know lol) anywho! I haven't found many places in Houston like this.
