Since I was almost to work already I drove to the office and called Gear Headz to ask what it could be. Jimmy (owner) immediately knew it was a loose belt. Then he DROVE OVER 20 MILES TO MY OFFICE TO FIX IT FOR ME!!! It turned out the tech who had worked on my car had failed to properly tighten the belt, which then came loose causing the alternator to stop working, which led to the overheating.
