Initially, I was hopeful that they would resolve the issues I was facing, but it quickly turned into a nightmare. After bringing my car in for repair, I was assured that everything would be taken care of. However, it became clear that the service I received was subpar. They claimed to have conducted a test drive and completed the necessary repair, but my car was left in an un-drivable state. I later learned from another mechanic another place that they did not perform the repairs adequately, which has now cost me $1,400. When I approached the manager, Frank, seeking assistance and a resolution to this matter, my concerns were met with indifference. He showed no willingness to work with me or acknowledge the substandard service. As a single mom, this experience has been not only costly but also frustrating, leaving me feeling unsupported and misled. Due to this experience, I cannot recommend Firestone to anyone. I spent over 2,000.00 on multiple vehicles with honest Tinley Park location. Whereas Mokena wrote a quote for 5,000.00 on just 1 vehicle. Do not visit the Mokena Firestone location.
