At one point, Mike called me yelling and threatening to break the wheel locks off at my expense, refusing to listen while I tried to explain where the key was located in the vehicle. This call occurred while I was at the hospital with my terminally ill mother, which made the situation even more upsetting. When I finally got the Jeep back, it still had problems. Because Mike is so rude and hard to deal with, I took the vehicle to several other shops instead. I later learned that although he was paid for a new axle housing, he installed a used part, and the gears were incorrect, which was diagnosed at another shop. There was a three-way call with Mike and my insurance company where he said he would look at it, but he was also rude and unprofessional toward the insurance representative. I delayed bringing it back because: We don't have a backup vehicle for my daughter, and Mike is the rudest person I have ever dealt with. The Jeep had to be towed back to his shop on 1/31/26 because the brakes lock up while driving. I also have a written diagnosis from another shop stating the vehicle needs a wheel bearing. On 2/18/26, Mike called and said he took the vehicle to his friend's shop, claimed there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and told me I am responsible for paying that shop. This charge was never discussed or authorized. He was supposed to be correcting the work he had already been paid to do. He should have contacted me before sending my vehicle anywhere that would result in additional charges. He then stated that he "doesn't do this type of work," which raises the question of why he accepted the job in the first place. The invoices don't match what he did . He told one shop that he put in a new front end and I was difficult to work with . The shop wanted to check other stuff that could be causing the brakes to lock up while driving and Warfel said no he doesn't care about that he only wanted the gears checked . If he had need honest work this mechanic he would have figured out what the problem is because I'm sure he knows it's his original work that is messed up and he doesn't went to back up his work. My daughter drives this jeep. How sad that he would risk the life of a customer to not back up his work. Shame on you Mr Mike . Just hope no one does that to your child's car . He is now refusing to release my vehicle unless I pay his friend's shop. Given the unresolved brake issue and conflicting diagnoses, I am questioning whether the vehicle was even taken elsewhere. Finally got my jeep back still broken . Mike demanded I pay cash and have a police officer . He called the police and I took cash. Another big ol boy in his office started saying rude stuff to me so the officer had to tell him to stop .Then Mr Mike didn't have change and the officer even said " really ". So not sure why he felt he needed the police ... he's the one that spoke to me rude. He also lied when he sent my jeep out to another shop so he didn't have to fix what he " fixed" to begin with . I found a good shop and I'm sure they wont be sending business his way since he spoke to that bad as well. He is a very angry aggressive man and talks horrible to women. I do not recommend this shop. The work was not properly backed up; unauthorized charges were incurred, and the customer service was unacceptable.

Miracles came to our rescue and I can't say enough about Lorenzo on the phone and then Carlos who came to tow us to the OKC airport. Carlos went way above what is expected ... he really knows what customer service is all about. I don't know how many times my wife expressed to me about how helpful and above and beyond Carlos went to help us out. If I were still in the business world, I would want Carlos and Lorenzo on my team because I know that my company would be successful because of gentlemen like them. They have since gone incommunicado and will not return my phone calls, my husbands phone calls, or the insurance company's calls. I physically went up to the business 3 times and no one answered the door. The last time I could hear someone walking around inside, but they would not come to the door. I cannot get my car, I cannot have insurance pick it up. I can see it behind a locked gate, but they will not call and set a time when insurance can pick it up. Do not use this company. If they send them out after an accident, refuse their services and have them call someone else. I spoke with a young woman who said they have had her car six weeks and will not return her phone calls or answer the door at their business either. This is the worst company ever. Please do not use them, I wouldn't want my worst enemy to have to deal with these people

Then when I got my car I still was experiencing it not starting after getting gas. I took it back up there the same day to let him know the problem had not been fixed. He literally tried to blame me that he said he thought it was fuel pump and that if it wasn't that I would be fine with that.....I'm a woman I felt like he tried to take advantage of me. I have never in all my years have a mechanic try and say that I should be ok giving money away when your car still has not been fixed. He also acts very confused like he doesn't know one customer from another. He is dishonest, greedy and his communication is horrible. Unacceptable do not ever go there and I will never deal with him again.

When they didn't work, we were trying to figure out a way to get out of OKC so we could get to our daughter's graduation and Steve walked over and asked if we needed help. When we told him what was going on, he offered to diagnose and fix the car. He did a fantastic job, pulled the alternator while we Ubered to a parts store and picked up what we needed. Guy at the counter was quite the jerk until the job was done. After driving with the tint for a few days I decided I wanted to remove a couple windows because they're too dark. I called Head 2 Tow and Nate was the best, knew exactly what to do and got er done. I would diffinantly recommend them to anyone!
