Well, the appointment that was before me, arrived about 5 minutes after me and was a tyrant! She was SO rude to the extremely polite staff at the desk and barking demands after demand. The staff was so professional in dealing with this nightmare of a client. They accommodated her even with basically missing her entire appointment. This of course delayed my appointment, which I kind of go with the flow, so it did t matter to me. When I finally sat, Jules felt terrible and did everything in her power to make it up (even though it was 100% not her fault) and the manager was super apologetic and accommodating. I'm so happy I came here! I will DEF be coming back! I got a great cut! Thank you Chop Shop!!

I last took my daughter to get her hair cut and permanently colored a bright red in Oct 2023. $380 later she ended up with: 1) A layer of her long thick hair was CUT BACK UNDERNEATH all the way to her scalp. We 100% did not ask for this thinning, or whatever was being attempted. It's ridiculous when she tries to wear her hair up. (see photo attached with 11 months of growth) 2) The red dye lasted maybe 3 weeks, even while using the shampoos and conditioners for red hair. It was supposed to be a permanent dye that was applied after the hair was lightened but apparently was not. I also had my hair cut here three times. Overall, meh. It's way too expensive for what they are providing, and the younger stylists seem not to want to be bothered with women over 50.

I stopped by on a rainy Wednesday morning and they were ready to take me right away but I had to come back later on. Luckily they took me at that time. I got a balayage, and the man convinced me to go less red and more on the brown blonde side because he was afraid it would go orange. Which I don't mind. But I trusted his judgement. I was in the salon about 3-4 hours for the color and haircut and wash and blow dry. The haircut I received was one of the best I've ever had. Very pleased. I think the guys name was Danny. My hair has never felt and looked this alive beautiful and healthy. I needed a color correction so badly and she truly was so knowledgeable and knew how to fix it in less than two hours!! This was because I was familiar with the person and it was cost effective. Recently, that person has moved away and I had to find another way to do my hair. I heard through a friend I trusted about this salon and made an appointment. The person on the phone who I made the appointment with was warm and welcoming. I was excited for this new experience. I should also note that on the day I was getting my hair done I had a family function to attend. On this day, my aunt called me in a panic because her hair appointment was suddenly cancelled by her salon. I told her where I was going and when she called in to see if she can get a blow out, Be Inspired immediately fit her in. Needless to say, she was pleased with her experience as well. I went in for a single process and a trim. On the day of my appointment I walked in to a cute boutique salon and was greeted right away. I didn't have to wait long until one of the salon assistants escorted me to a chair. I was asked if I wanted a beverage. It was wonderful! My stylist was Gina. She made a point to ask me questions about what I wanted and made me feel very comfortable. After the whole process I felt like a whole new person. Not knowing what this would cost, I asked around and Be Inspired charged me what I was told to expect. I would say their prices are fair.
