Pretty stingy place to look for a vehicle,…read more I inquired on carfax.com about a 2025 Jeep Gladiator Mojave, later that day I was called by unfortunately later to find out an absolutely awful salesman by the name of Steve Myers. (I feel awful for anyone who has to work with this egotistical sore loser) I asked over the phone if the vehicles price is negotiable and if I could toss in an offer, he stated how the dealership is a volume dealer and their prices are put "aggressively" which didn't ultimately answer the question but I didn't think much of it and tossed in an offer. Few hours later I was told that the vehicles price is firm, to which I responded by saying "Okay, let me know if anything changes", he tried to justify the price by sending me a data analysis report of similar spec to spec vehicles within a 300 mile radius of the dealership, his vehicle was ranked 3rd for best price in the market, I asked him "where's the location of the first two" to which he claims that locations are not given. After doing not even 10 minutes of digging, I found both. 2 days later, he messages me saying "I saw it." In my response to me seeing the vehicle he failed to provide me information on. Cool I guess? 4 days later, he sends me the listing again and he drops the vehicles price by about $200-300-ish. I told him to delete all my information as I'll be looking for other options in the market since I wasn't too fond of his tone from the start, he states my offer "was not exceptionally fair" to which I show him a better vehicle in the market with a lower price than his AND lower miles than his. His response? "Go buy it." What a ways to go for a salesman Anyways, spend your hard earned money elsewhere if you're looking for a vehicle, this place does NOT deserve your business.

I was quite frustrated and considered calling a different place. I decided to call the salesperson that sold me the car almost a year ago and he immediately called their internal direct line, and in less than 5min had a service person call me directly and set up an appt. I am extremely satisfied that salesman Brett Forster was willing and able to find a solution so quickly!

The last time I leased they switched the price on me claiming my credit score was 30 points lower than it actually was, so they ran it again saying it wouldn't affect my credit report (but it did). Had to extended the terms of the lease to get to agreed upon monthly price. When buying my last vehicle in cash they kept pushing an extended warranty that I declined many times and then they wanted my husband and I to sign a blank form. That's actually illegal and grossly inappropriate for any financial person to request someone to sign a blank form. I wonder how many scams they run with those that do sign the blank forms. The service dept is a disaster. Made an appointment to have a recall issue fixed on my new Jeep along with a few other items. Told by advisor an appt doesn't mean they'll actually look at it then (what the hell is an appt for then?). Told him I needed my car back by the next day as I took the day off work and they didn't have loaners. Tried calling multiple times to no answer and was finally patched through to a more direct line only to be told they hadn't even looked at my car yet - 8 hours after dropping it off! We took the car to another authorized Jeep service center and they had every problem fixed within 5 hours because they actually schedule appointments for the work to be done, not just for someone to drop their car off and have it sit around all day for nothing.

They tried for 2 weeks without being able to retrieve it and then told me there was nothing they could do and refused to provide a second key. They also upsold me on useless warranty's and when I came back to cancel them they treated me like I was personally attacking them. attacking them. When I insisted that I wanted them removed the financial manager said "whatever I don't care anyway". On top of this the battery dies a week after I bought it. They obviously missed it or willfully sold me a bad battery and they refused to compensate me for the new battery. On top of this they repeatedly ignored my calls and failed to get back to me when I reached out. Overall I had a terrible experience and wish I never worked will them. Buyer beware if you want a dealership that will work with you fairly and respectfully. If I could give 0 stars I would. Edit: Hi Melissa, how can I reach you?

This is an everyday thing; they do not have enough help. I left a message that no one ever pick up and their customer service is terrible. I also told him that I had an oil change and one of the filters changed it cost me around 150.00. On top of that they are supposed to check wiper fluids levels and coolant and none of that was done. I checked before I left and nothing was topped off, Terrible. That was the reason for my call to the service manager. Mr Rudness!! I will never go back they will never get a dime of my money again. The service manager told me there are 260 0r 360 other Nissan dealerships around the country I could go to. You know when you pay for something you should get it. Ridiculous why do these people rip you off so bad. 150 dollars and they can't even check wiper fluid ect, ect. Then to tell me go somewhere else when you complain that things weren't done. You know what I am going to buy a new car here soon and you know what they will never get a drop of my money again!! Do not go to this place they don't need your business and don't do what you pay for in my situation. Stay away!!

I drove an hour out to see it, and I'm happy to see it is as described. Nothing hidden, all there including VIN and details. I first met Al who was courteous and even broke the rules. Local issues have caused the area to stop offering a public restroom, but he saw my peepee dance and let me in. Got me all set up for the test drive, confirmed I could drive stick, and sent me on my way. I had some questions and he was straight forward and told me he couldn't answer them, but told me how he would get them answered. I got back, and he had directions ready for me to get everything else answered. He didn't mind that I went over this truck with a magnifying glass (figuratively, I only used my OBDII, flashlight, manual, and a sweater to lay on the ground). Mike and one of the mechanics went over all of my questions. At first I thought maybe they were full of poop on the hesitations I had, but they pulled out their real diagnostic gear, let me drive and verify it. Although this could have been a twenty minute process, they let me drag it out an hour Sunday, and over three hours Monday. Payment/finance was awesome. I've had people try to put me through the ringer at other dealerships, but it couldn't have been simpler. It took about a half hour, and that's because half way through I talked to my wife for 15 minutes. Janet was personable and friendly. Since these are used cars (mine is over a decade old! I had to have THIS EXACT ONE lol) I do recommend going over them. Remember, people have owned them before and they have spent their lives out in the real world. . . Driving! If it wasn't for being an hour plus away, I'd send all my people here.
