My first visit went just fine, my second visit was terrible. If an insurance company is paying for your repairs, then you should be just fine. Especially if they are paying for a rental car. I found out the shop prioritizes these jobs and pays a lot of attention to detail. But boy oh boy, good luck to you if you come here paying out-of-pocket for your own vehicle. I had three broken car door handles. I stopped by the shop, they took a look, and said they would order and have the handles in within 1 to 2 days. They got those handles, but it took them three weeks before they could even see me to work on my car. It took two weeks before I could get a hold of the girl I originally spoke to, I kept calling over and over throughout the week and they told me she would call me back and she never did. When I finally did come in, damn. They only fixed two of the three door handles because they said they had the wrong piece for the third. They knew I had been waiting a long time so they said they would prioritize it and get me in right away. Not to mention there were marks all over the car doors that they fixed. And these marks did not come off easy. I took my car through a machine wash and also took a squeegee with some soap and it did not come off. When I called about it they told me they have to use a special tool for that. I guess they rushed because I was not an insurance accident vehicle. Additionally, I could no longer unlock my car from the passenger door, which was not a previous issue. I called back all the next week to try and make an appointment to come in and got the same delays as before. It took an additional 2 to 3 weeks before I could be seen. I brought my car in as a result of an accident. This business is totally professional. Their work is outstanding. From the moment that I walked in, I could tell that this will be a great experience. From the Front desk staff to appraisal to the body shop employees until completion, I was informed of the progress on the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle, it had been washed and the interior cleaned and sanitized. They were recommended by my Insurance Company so that should tell you something about their reputation. One star because the paint job looks to be pretty good. Many issues here: A removed interior door panel not being able to be reused and not being informed of that until a couple of hours before I was to pick up the car. She blamed that one on the mechanic not communicating with her.. I think it was her son!Waited several days for another door panel (I had to call them to see if it was in and I was told that it was sitting there at least a day) to find out after I showed up that the wrong part arrived. They blamed that one on the dealership sometimes sending the wrong parts. If that were true then why not inspect the part when it's delivered instead of having it sit 2 days for me to waste my time (I burned some vacation time) to bring the car back?? Pair that incident with me having to point out that my new front fender was misaligned, there was a fastener missing underneath my new front plastic bumper and another fastener I was promised would be replaced was not. 3 trips for the one repair and poor communication all around. Disappointed me because I actually used Yelp to find them. read more

I made a reservation 2 weeks ahead of time to have my car repaired while i was out of town as I cannot be without a car for work.They called me 2 days before i was to drop it off and said they were too busy to help me and i would have to re-schedule at their convenience.This does not work for me and i asked to speak with the manager and i was told the manager will not speak to me and they cannot honor the reservation.So if you are looking for an honest body shop LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Most people will agree with me that one of the most tedious things to deal with is repairs and everything that comes with a the headache of a car accident. I keep my car in the best condition possible (garaged, car wash at least once a week, wax and full detail every other month, etc.) so it has always been challenging to find an auto body service that was up to my standards. My wife was in town visiting my parents, and it was not the happiest visit. Her dad ended up in the hospital, and she hit someone's car while driving her mother to visit him. One of her parents' friends recommended Exquisite, saying they had good service. We agree wholeheartedly. But beyond that, they have excellent CUSTOMER service. They were so easy to talk to. My wife expressed concern that she was leaving town in 3 days and did not want to burden her parents with having to pick up the car. So, they made sure it was done in 2 days, perfectly fixed like new. They even went out of their way to check to see if they could get a less expensive after market bumper. She opted for a new, factory bumper as her dad was leasing the car, but it was nice that they took the time to give us options. The price was reasonable compared to other auto body repairs that we have had in the past. In general, they made everything easy and pleasant, which we really appreciated given the stress of the situation. We wish all experiences with car repairs were as great as this one. I have NEVER in my thirty five years dealt with a place of business that was so unprofessional, unhelpful and irresponsible. My NIGHTMARE with NOT SO EXQUISITE Auto began with a small fender bender in MARCH 2013; Here we are in JULY and I am still dealing wtih this shop's incompetence. They worked on my car's AC, it has never blown cool air ever since & they refuse to even look at it for me. They lied to my husband, my insurance adjuster and myself about who did the work on the AC, claiming that they sent the car to the shop next door for AC work. I guess they did not think that I would call the shop next door.... When dealing with the neighboring shop, they were able to provide an invoice which stated exactly what they had done. NOT WORK ON THE AC but simply put in Frion in the car. When I called Exquisite inform them of what the other shop said, they basically called me stupid. Said that I 'did not understand' what they had said to me.... that they had not blamed someone else and also that they would not even look at the car again unless we paid for it to be looked at. REALLY? You claim you stand behind your work... what are you hiding EXQUISITE AUTO BODY?? It is now summertime and my AC is still blowing hot. They fixed one thing and messed up another. I am still trying to get this taken care of by them but needless to say they are refusing. Please save yourself a lot of money and headaches and DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH EXQUISITE AUTO. They are dishonest and do not give a crap about their customers. They have also posted up various good reviews for their shop on different sites using their own names!!!!!! Geniuses, huh? Please don't be fooled by them. They are trying to bamboozle me but they are not going to get away with it that easy. read more
