This is a wonderful family business. I always get a basic pedicure because I don't like all the perfumes and lotions on my legs. This is one place where they don't turn up their nose when you only want to pay for a basic pedi. it is very economical. I have never posted a negative review but my experience here was that awful.. Everything that could be wrong with a pedicure was exemplified during my visit: 1. The customer service was poor, I had 3 different women switch off doing my simple shellac pedicure 2. They failed to do any cuticle care and I actually had to come home and complete the callus removal (mind you, they weren't terrible to begin with, they just neglected to do it at all), 3. The "massage" was pathetic, they basically just put lotion on my feet.. there was nothing resembling a massage about it. I literally felt the woman's breasts on my feet several times - it made me so incredibly uncomfortable. Mind you, the massage is the main reason I even get pedicures, I am capable of painting my nails and applying my own lotion, so this was a tremendous let-down. I was so over the pedicure that I didn't even have them do the towels and everything, which they did last .. not the end of the world but I thought that was weird too. 4. The actual polish was so sloppy, I think they got as much on my skin as they did on my nails. It was pretty bad 5. They are way overpriced for the service that they provide, it was offensive. Overall, I am not a hard person to please and can't imagine how this experience would have gone over for someone who isn't as mild-mannered as I am.. I hope that I can spare any one else the hassle. This is the worst nail place I've ever been to in my entire life. Filthy. Filthy. Filthy. The nail tech brought over two bows - big bowls filled with acetone to soak off my gel. So, I was supposed to put my hands in these bowls of acetone/ instead of them removing the gel the CORRECT way. Turns out the bowl was a community bowl that went from client to client for finger soaking. I talking with the same bowl, same acetone. So, I removed my own gel- I was desperate and needed my nails done-ASAP. Song- (Xiong) did my nails. They looked like a blind toddler painted them. All she talked about was how terrible Vietnam was while she grew up there. She never stopped talking. No cuticle work, unless gel all over the cuticle counts? Run, run as fast as you can-AWAY from this dump. read more

If I could give a zero star I absolutely would! Got a pedicure and paid for the extra massage.... Now the massage was wonderful but who on earth don't take the shellac Gmail polish off before you do any of the service like what in the world.... I sat there and waited to say anything then the lady went over to someone else (mind you there was not a single other person in there when we started) another lady came over to paint them and didn't even cut them or do my cuticles or clean them out. I had to ask her if she was going too and she looked at me like I was dumb! As she cut them she also cut me like 4x and I told her that hurt and continued to cut right where I was clearly bleeding... fast forward she's painting them and getting paint all over my feet so I had about enough and just told her to take it off and I would just do it myself when I got home! She half ass took the polish off and sent me on my way while paying $40 freaking dollars for a damn foot massage smhhhhhhh bad! Everything was all good until it came time for payment? Mind you, I'm still sitting in the pedicure chair & was asked will you be paying with Cash or Card? I say Card. I then am asked You don't have Cash for tip? I'm thinking who ask for a tip? It's not guaranteed, it's not mandatory and it is an offer from the customer. If anything she should have said " Would you like to leave a tip" She then expects me to just hand my card over to her while I'm still in the chair. No ma'am SCAMS are real and people can't be trusted, I don't know if she was going to write my card info down. Especially since I'm in the chair away from the check out counter. She brings me the phone with the card reader and all I could think is, it can't be this serious...I was totally uncomfortable while getting the rest of my massage done...what was supposed to be relaxing turned out unrelaxing At the end of the day, I WILL NOT be returning back because that's wack customer service. read more

Horrible experience! No other customers were there and the 5 workers were switching jobs through my pedicure. I went with 2 other friends. One friend asked for a star on her fingers that look like Patrick star from spongebob which I attached a photo. My toes nails and cuticles weren't trimmed or cleaned under and now 1 week later one of my SHELLAC toe nails fell off completely. I have to go somewhere else to get them redone cause they're in pain and falling off. read more

An older lady worked on my nails. She talked about how bad Vietnam was growing up. I feel bad for her, but this is the second time I've heard about all of this, and both times it's been non stop for an hour. My nails looked nice when I left but only lasted for 4 days before starting to chip and crack. read more

I normally don't do this but I feel I owe it to my girls. I had decided to take them to get their nails done. We have been there before and have never had a problem. Today was a different story. We walk in and sit down. I tell them that my girls want a manicure. My girls pick out their color and then wait for 45 minutes before they get to them. We arrived at 1:55 and they didn't get to my oldest until 2:30. I had to ask the lady that did my oldest nails to fix them because they were horrible. Then my youngest had to wait another 5-10 minutes before they got to her (she waited close to an hour and she is 7). Meanwhile we are watching other ladies come in who don't have an appointment and they are attending to them. Needless to say I was not happy. I didn't get them a tip because I felt like they took advantage of me and my girls. I usually leave give a tip but I felt they didn't deserve it. I don't recommend this place and we will never go back there. read more

I drove by Exquisite Nails and thought I would give it a try since my usual place was closed. It was the WORSE dip that I've ever had and I will NEVER go back. When I sat down she brought over an old dish of acetone for me to soak my nails and plopped down a huge pile of sample colors. There must have been 500+ samples all hooked together and it was impossible to look thru them--especially with my hands in a nasty bowl. When she sat down she asked what color and seemed irritated that I had not decided yet. To make her happy I picked the first color I saw. After that she never said one word to me until she wanted paid. She was in such a rush to get me done she never trimmed my nails, checked to see if they were the same length or filed the jagged edges on the side of my nails. It truly looked like a toddler painted my nails after she slapped the color on. Usually when I get dip done they put shelac clear polish on but this was not done, so that could explain why I broke my thumb nail getting in the car. When I got home I spent an hour filing and cleaning the powder out from under all my nails. read more

Well... I went for a manicure , but almost had an amputation . I walk in and Tran, is sitting barefoot on the floor, back to the door, surfing the internet on her phone. I ask for a manicure and she brings a dirty bowl of tepid water to soak my hands. No cleaning of her equipment, filthy station and she proceeds to butcher my fingers and tear off the nails. painful.... didn't ask anything just cut and now I'm bleeding and their place wasn't clean...I've never walked out of a manicure in my life.....until now. read more

Worst manicure ever! Had the older lady and she butchered my cuticles (like blood dripping off my finger). Also my shellac is now 1 week old and peeling off. My friend got a good manicure from one of the other ladies in the salon and she's really happy with it. The ladies were all really nice but I paid for a manicure and that was not nice! read more

Winter hours in effect. They close at 630p. I came in at 6 and they were able to do my mani pedi and brow wax in that time frame. I felt bad that I came in late, but they still took the time to massage and pamper me. The wax was amazing and she was able to correct my crooked eyebrow with ease. It's not the most glamorous location but they do quality work for a good price. Will definitely be visiting these friendly ladies again. Like most salons, they prefer cash. read more

I am so disappointed in my experience at Exquisite Nails. Typically a shellac manicure takes at least 45 mins. This one was 15 minutes! No wonder after just two days it is already peeling off. They really take the time to make sure that you're completely satisfied with your nails and are never passive aggressive when you ask to make some changes, unlike other salons I've been to in the area.
