Had prom for our kiddo & her friends and from all the prep discussions/emails with Steve, all the way to the day of pick-up/drop-off with our driver Dayvon, it was smooth. Despite a last minute change of pick-up location due to unforeseen conflict, they were able to accommodate and divert to the new location within the hour's notification. Dayvon went out of his way to even text me that they made it to their destination, and the kiddos thought he was great, too. All ended just perfect and safe! I booked a stretch limo with Exquisite for seven hours to celebrate a landmark birthday at Dodger Stadium with my buddies. The rates were very competitive and Steve threw in a stocked bar for the occasion. Troy deserves a raise, he's a fantastic driver who went above and beyond! From the start of requesting a quote, confirming, scheduling, and pick-up and drop off was 5 stars! Coming from out of town and having to be at an event at a certain time, my anxiety was high after hearing about the traffic in LA. Steve treated me as a friend and assured me all would be taken care of. Sure enough, on the day of my event, everything was communicated as needed, pick-up to drop off went smoothly without delay and I was back "home" in my hotel in no time. Absolute worst car service experience ever. I was traveling with my two very young children, on an18 hour flight - I had requested a car seat & I triple checked with the company pre arriving that there would be a car seat , and that there would be enough space for all our luggage. Firstly the driver was 20 mins late - ok we all know LAX is crazy so that part I understand .. but when he finally did show up he had no idea about any car seats. I had to compromise the safety of my children because of this shitty company and their incompetence. I asked and checked 3 times ! It's every moms worst nightmare. I spent the entire drive on edge because my babies weren't properly protected. I had no choice but to take the car as we were coming off a very long flight with a ton of luggage. (I also triple checked there would be enough space for our stuff , but again was mislead and ended up wedged between our suitcases and our babies). The car was not cheap ($450). I will never use this company again, they are straight up liars. read more
