My first professional lashes: they looked great, there was great professionalism, etc, but I made an appt for a fill-in, prior to going to an event this weekend and Merryll's appt booking system was not operational, so I got stood up. And because I NEEDED the fill-in, i had to go and buy strip lashes just to fill in what was missing so that I didn't look odd to people. Merryll was very apologetic and rescheduled with me for the next day. Well.....I'm stood up again and I'm going on a trip in 3 days, so this fill-in is much needed. So, needless to say, I won't be revisiting. I do like the look, and I appreciate Merryll turning me on to how beautiful lashes can be, but I will not be a customer going forward, I will be taking my business elsewhere . Good luck to you!

Second my lower lashes were stuck to my upper lids due to the lady applying the lashes didn't use tape (which most people do) and she basically took scissors to cut my lower lashes from the top. When I got home and took a good look in the mirror my lower lashes now have bald spots. The fact that I paid over $.10 for this service is a under statement. Not only did I pay good money to basically need a refill on one eye before I left, my lashes that I did get are already falling off and today marks 1 week, and I paid to get bald spots, lower lashes gone! But what has really pissed me off at this point I have contacted the business "owner" by email twice, first time was when I got home from leaving the facility, explaining the poor service I received, then about 3 days later via phone left a voicemail, and wrote another email. No one has yet to even attempt to contact me about my concerns. That right there tells me you don't give two fucks about your client and your customer service sucks. This place was picked through Groupon. I don't advise ANYONE to go there. If you were to have a issue, she doesn't take initiative to try to make it better. Hands down the worst eyelash extension service EVER!
