I was finally acknowledged and was given instructions after I stated what I wanted. Kelly came over to complete my service. She didnt speak much at 1st, but she warmed up. She noticed I wasnt having a good day. It was very kind of her to be concerned. She did a good job on my service with correction, but a couple of things were not done that well. The building looked nice and clean. I used the restroom. 2 things stood out. #1 My pet peeve in ladies restroom, no hook for our purses! #2 spiders of all shapes and sizes were in cobwebs in there. I got out of there as fast as I could. I think I may return to see Kelly. I just want to make sure she doesnt feel the pressure of completing my services quickly to help someone else

The older gentleman was the one that was going to do my nails. Everything was going fine until he kept put that drill on my nail and had the acrylic super thick that he couldn't paint it correctly. So I mentioned it to him after he got upset he tried to fill the thick nails down and the lady offered to paint my nails. Hours wasted in this empty salon and she painted my nails to only look horrible still. Please close down this shop or hire younger people that know what they are doing. To add I have two cuts from his ignorance!

My daughter had a kids French gel which the charged $22 no manicure just paint. I had tip added and gel for $60 I believe so good! We had soda and relaxed and left feeling super happy and pretty. If you'd like to add design they charge $25 for 10 fingers even if it's for kids. However even though it's a bit pricy in my opinion they adjust the price per nails so I chose to have 2 designs and they charged $6 and they even added two more nails just w little dots on so they made it worth it. - my daughter was so happy. I wish I had gotten the name of who actually took care of her nails to give her a shout out to her delicate hands and my daughter never complained about any pain or discomfort and that says a lot because my daughter is extremely fickle even with me when it comes to cutting nails or brushing her hair to truly a big deal here. She also kept saying she had such a great time at the salon after we left so I'm a very happy costumer there. Also thanks to Pinky who was kind enough to add us the additional dots to her nails I liked my nails I would say I would've enjoyed a rougher massage and callus scrub but the one I had was still very nice - also the color was close to what I wanted but a little too dark I wish it was more like the picture I showed. When you choose a dip color, the will dip one nail a few times to make sure you like it. I have never been to a Solon that takes this much time to ensure their customer is happy. I always make appointments, and never have an issue, but they are always busy. I suggest making an appointment if your time is tight. Gonga is the absolute best. She does a great job, really takes her time and is so incredibly sweet! I have brought friends an my mom to this salon because I love it so much.

Today I arrived at 10:03am, and by the time I worked my way up to the counter, at 10:10 am I was told I would need to come back in an hour to see Lana since she was already with a client. This is common and fine, especially if you have a preferred tech. So, I was more than happy to return. I returned under an hour later at 11:05am and was told she was already with someone else and I mentioned I was back in less than an hour later. That's when the receptionist could have cared less. She stated she didn't tell me that, and that it was someone else, which it was. The lack of communication and care clearly relayed we don't want your business, or you can just keep trying. The dismissive attitude was clear. So, time to move on. What a shame. I have come here for years and now none of that matters.
