The rooms are equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, leather recliner seat, work desk with office chair and bar soap and mini shampoo bottle in the bathroom! This place is not bad on the inside, except a few glitches. The key card doesn't work properly. Have to keep coming down to the reception to have it reset the swiper key card. Another thing is the trash outside was full and crowded and never emptied. The outside of the Hotel was full of dogs urine everywhere and dirty! The corridor of the hotel inside was dirty, no vacuuming whatsoever until after a week or so. My dad stayed there for 3 weeks and luckily the inside was pretty decent. It has a little kitchen with stove, microwave, and a fridge. Pretty comfortable looking from the window inside and pretty clean. Bed is comfy with a sofa and a TV, studio vibes. Nothing to complain on the inside, but if you go outside it's OMG scary but it's liveable lol Well, for the price of $70 per night through 3rd party, not much to complain about, so I gave it a 4 rating read more

The photos on booking.com and Hotels.com are misleading they show EXTENDED STAY rooms not this sh*thole. The "Hotel" has tweakers outside all damn day and night making noise the moment you step into the "Hotel" it wreaks of Cigarettes and weed. the elevator smells sooo bad as well and it looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. The halls were tainted with Cigarette smoke. it smelled sooo awful. the smell stuck to my hair and clothes. I felt so uncomfortable there that I decided to not stay there and called a friend. I HAD to stay one night, the very last night of my booking. I woke up with BUG BITES ALL OVER MY ARMS AND LEGS. There was dog food all over the floor from the previous occupant. There was hair on our pillows!!! Long red hair that didn't belong to us. There was black marks on the sheets. Which had no blanket, it was just two paper thin sheets stacked on each other. Strange white dried liquid stains in the cabinet and under the sink. The headboard was snagged, torn. They wanted to charge me a fee for a twelve I used in attempt to clean the bathtub! I insisted to refund my $100 deposit & they did. This time away from home with my 2 pups away from the fireworks was supposed to to be a pleasant getaway. It turned out to be challenging with my room and the unkept property. If you want a place to stay thats decent then your ok here. Its not the fancy, super detail clean, great smelling place. But it does the job. My more than 1 day stay was fine. This place is pet friendly so it does smell like animals (fur alergy, pee, noise). If you need new towels you need to take your dirty towels to reception desk and trade them for new ones is the only way. Shampoo and hand soap are provided but so so s If you need a blow dryer you need to go to reception desk and pick it up yourself to get one ( its a small not so powerful blowdryer too) the room has an iron BUT its not so great beraly does the job. Yes the place smells like food all the time cause their is kitchens in the rooms people are cooking. Basicaly its ok here. Does the job. Beds were fine. My stay was fine relaxing. Had family coming from out of state for the weekend. They booked two rooms. Neither of them were good, but one was so bad I had them come stay with us instead. No pillowcases, no toilet paper, and only one bed had sheets- but the sheets were covered in pee. Upon bringing this up to the staff, we were blamed for not inspecting the room at check in. They also threatened to not refund the room because the man didn't like the "look" on my 19 year old nieces face. Do not recommend. You're better off sleeping in your car. read more

The hotel rents to homeless people and they spit on the walls and leave dirty drug needles in the rooms. One lady said she found a gun under the mattress, another woman said her room was infested with fleas. Somehow they ran out of soap toilet paper and trash bags. The site states amenities of free coffee/breakfast/blow dryer/ extra pillows etc... the coffee muffins etc- they put one pot of coffee out at 6:30, once it's gone, that's it. There's no breakfast. You're allowed the two towels and good luck getting another. Same with pillows, two. No blowdryer. No coffee pot. The first room they sent us to we walk in and it was literally flooded, an inch of water covering the entire room, the worker wasn't even phased and just gave us a new room- that one had a cockroach that welcomed us. The key cards never work. You have to get them rekeyed every single time. They will tow your car if you don't have a parking permit- but they'll forget to give you one, that's your fault. Basic cable, like maybe 13 channels? And that's generous. Literally at 10:50am they come pounding on the door to make sure you are not 1 min over check out which is 11. Although my initial impression of my room was unpleasant. After bringing the issue up to the front desk they immediately accommodated me with giving me a new room. Which I was really happy about. I love the location of this extended stay. The staff has made my stay exceptional. I don't believe this stay is top of the line but for what it is it works and you will be comfortable! Around outside the property it smell of urine as many guest have pets. The stairwell has a weird old people smell. The elevator takes a minute so if you get on there and it's taking awhile don't think your gonna get stuck, it just takes a minute! Overall it does the job and you'll be comfortable. And OH although you have a kitchenette you will have to provide your own pots/pans/utensils! Wow... you might want to consider staying on the streets of skid row over this place. Disorganized, rude, and malicious staff. They don't uphold their policies and purposely screen calls from third parties such as kayak, booking, etc. The room I forced myself to stay in for three nights was filthy. Candy on the ground from previous guest. Drink rings and residue on every surface. Vomit embedded in the desk chair. People are getting searched and arrested in the property. Animal urine and feces is left at every side and front entrance since animals are allowed but not regulated. Hotel employees just step over piss puddles and drug paraphernalia. The keys don't work for rooms and you constantly have to be let in throughout your stay. After 3 nights of a two week stay I had had enough and needed to leave. I felt like the place was making me sick and the constant noise from drug enthralled tenants was a nuisance. Their staff forces you to call your third party booking company and then screens calls from them regarding cancellations and refunds. We even merged a call with booking.com and the front desk and the front desk (named hersh) blatantly lied and said I was still staying in the property. We will file a dispute with BBB and our credit card companies after spending two days calling them and being lied to, scammed and ignored. Seriously, stay anywhere other than this dumpster fire halfway house. The people who checked me in during the day on 10/25 were nice however the moment you walked if it smelled like Snoop Dogg was there all day. We watched people come back to the front having issues with their keys and sure enough we had issues with ours as well. The night crew enforced the no smoking policy strangely as well. She asked the person "you are not the type to be smoking in your room are you?" Unfortunately they also had overbooked so instead of a double he had to settle for a single. Where do I start. If only the Bates Motel had an opening. I arrived at night and almost missed it because sign was not lit or poorly lit. Several people were sitting in the parking lot drinking or smoking they were there even there when I got back from dinner. The night clerk was friendly I checked and left to go to dinner it was late and I was tired. I got back unpacked and then noticed that the floor in the bathroom has foot steps all over the floor not my tread marks. The tub had marks and I'm not sure if the bathroom had been cleaned. Rooms down the hall some marked for pets and multiple doors with out signs had pets. My roomI could just hear the pets. I accept it one night I'm exhausted the hotel staff is not in by the time I discovered this. I pull back the sheets hair between the sheets not mine I would sleep on top of the sheets. The sheets are 120 grit sand paper. Sleeping with my close on was a better idea. I dropped part of my Cpap on the floor and pulled up hair on it. So I washed my mask. Bed comfort was about as comfortable as a bail of hay. The positive it was quite one the dogs calm down. In fairness the hotel allows dogs for a 25 dollar fee. I suspect the two very large dogs may not have been the size the hotel was talking about When I checked in I asked about breakfast and they explain about grab n go So morning arrived early hard bed sheets that are rough I figured I would get up. The alarm clock has bright red numbers that light up the room and the smoke detector a green light The shower had good pressure but was a hand held unit that need to be held even when in the holder I packed to get out it was just before six and I packed my car. I walked in for my grab n go breakfast. Coffee no decaf and hot water. The food a muffin packaged some granola bars and Oat meal No spoons however So even though the office did not open till7!I was able ask the clerk. He said you could use the spoon in my room ( did I mention no plates spoons etc in room)' He did find a plastic spoon But grab n go should have a spoon. Most extend a stay have a plates a pot n pan etc I was told this location only has these items by request. The positive is you can walk to diner Freeway close off the 57. But I suspect the Motel Six or Holiday inn would have been better I came out here to avoid an early morning drive which I did. But sleep would have been good and clean would have better read more

Slow bathtub drain, some kind of funky stuff on the bed skirt. Woodwork and cabinets rotted out, cigarette stains on bathroom sink, ripped curtain and missing parts of the curtain rod. The only reason i booked a two night stay here even though i know the area is because i needed a kitchen to cook for my husband after he gets off work, WE ARE NOT ON VACATION, and after paying full price AND a pet fee, i figured they would accomodate us professionally and fittingly. Theres abviously two seperate parts to this hotel and they put me where I shouldn't be because of my dog, and there is no breakfast (what a joke, granola bars and packaged doughnuts). I went to the front desk to inform manager about the terrible shape of the room in the morning. She seemed concerned at first and then said "bottom line, what do you want? How can we rectify this?" I explained that MY room was now cleaned with clorox wipes by myself and I got a new microwave, not worth the move for just one more night. My house is under construction here in San Dimas. I asked if she had a king size bed studio available in the part of the hotel where they take more interest in guests satisfaction and i asked if i was placed in the area for the homeless with hotel vouchers. I've been told by law enforcement that when they get their checks or hotel vouchers they stay in Motel 6, a block away, or here. Manager got offended and said "they wouldn't put a trader Joe's in a bad area" Wow, really??? That's your snickery response? The outside of this hotel is filthy and terribly kept and pretty smelly. Trader Joe's is in san dimas but in a completely different area. I've lived in San dimas all my life and it's an absolutely wonderful law enforcement loving community, but this is where the homeless are gravitating to. I had a legitimate question. "Did you put me in that side of the hotel?" She said they dont have seperate areas. But yesterday I saw a couple very nice seniors and professionals ON THE OTHER SIDE. I left at 10am to check on my home construction, and take the dog to the park. After getting tired of fussing with my TV remote because the part that clips on the back to hold the batteries in is missing a small part, I went down to ask for another remote and another towel. I have one towel on the floor in the kitchen and one under maggies water and food bowl to keep the already dirty floor from getting gross. My husband is coming today after work and needs a towel to shower. The guy at the front desk said they have no more remotes and taped the batteries in. Ok. Then he said I had to bring my dirty towels down before I can get another one!!!!!!!!!! BRING MY DIRTY TOWELS TO THE FRONT DESK IN ORDER FOR ONE MORE CLEAN FRESH TOWEL AFTER PAYING EXTRA FOR THE ROOM!!!!!!!! Look, if your lucky, you may get a nice room reserved for special guests or something and how thats determined I'm not sure, but I have a dog and they charged me full price for her too, then put me in this dilapidated filthy room. I just told him "you guys charged me 50 more for my ESA (not a full service dog but trained and certified anyway) and can't give me another towel without making me go get my dirty ones?" The guy at the front desk went to the back and slammed the door. Again, just look at the reviews and you will see that this hotel saves areas for people on the down and out (government assistance) and then put normal people in those areas and charges the same but lacks cleanliness and amenities. So if your using them to wipe your feet or protect the floor in a hotel with dirty floors, then your screwed. Booked a 1 night stay around 11am for the same night, I arrived at the hotel around midnight and no one was at the desk. After about 20 minutes of waiting by the front, the desk worker who's name is "clay" comes out of the back room. According to the front desk person "Clay", their system does an audit every night for about 3 hours. Therefore he was unable to check us in, OR give us a new room. ** "CLAY" stated that we we needed to wait 3 more hours (3AM) if we wanted a room here.** We have been driving for hours coming from Northern California and was denied a stay at this hotel by "Clay" because of a system audit they do from midnight to three AM every single day. Now (about 1:30AM) we called several other hotels and found "red roof inn" just down the block. We were able to book a one night stay there and the room was very clean, water pressure was good, and the personal AC/heater unit in the room was excellent. This hotel is a great IDEA for people who need a long term place to stay. But an idea is all it is because the rooms are all missing something or in need of repair that you are being charged for. The spoiled kid running the place is the nephew of the owner and answers to nobody. For instance, stealing money from bank accounts, lying to residents or raising the rent while you are asleep. In the morning you find out you have an additional balance due because of his retroactive adjustment of your agree upon room rate. The owner hides behind the nephew and appears completely unaware of the abuses of the residents. There is no way to directly contact the owner. Everything goes through the nephew. The promises made by the nephew are NEVER KEPT! When confronted about these promises you are met with COMPLETE DENIAL of ever having made those promises. Went to stay for 1 week .. booked on Sat , I started noticing a smell so I asked to be moved , I was told I can on SUNDAY .. Sunday , MONDAY .. asking no response .. this motel has carpet where dog urine smells really bad .. the owner has been notified I checked out on Tuesday .. and I've still haven't recieved my refund . It's been 2 weeks now .. this MOTEL will fool you into believing it's nice .. overall- a good clean up will help a stay - NO CARPET is needed .. they let ALL dogs aboard - dog poop is all around the building - you have people on drugs come and go around the property .. if you want a DOG/ OWNER motel with life long tenants .. this is for you .. anything above I wouldn't sleep or brush my teeth there, the staff does there best . Shout out to ERIK & EURQUIE .. they tried their best .. but the 2 owners ( the lady & guy ) they're NOT professional .. I rate this MOTEL a 1 star read more

This place is horrific. It smells like rotten food and cats.... I cant breathe in the room. And the people upstairs are cracked out banging everything. It's 3am and haven't been to sleep. So miserable read more
