Ok, so I've been paying a stupid amount in car insurance for the last few years do to an accident on my record. And the last people I went to for insurance gave me one price and then 10 days later asked for an extra $100 for my policy every month! They just threw this up charge at me and basically told me to suck it up and pay it. So obviously I left in search of a better price. Stumbled across Extra after days of searching for a better policy; they had great reviews but I was wary since I had been getting one price and then they would hit me with a different price later in the day. I called anyway; and Daniel answered the phone. We spoke for a while, he got my info and gave me a quote. I kept asking him if the price would change, and he asked me why i kept asking, and I told him about my previous experience. He responded like an angel, he gave me his word that he wouldn't change the price on me and if he had to he would do what he could to keep it low. He came through! I don't know what it is with insurance companies but they gave him one price and later in gave him another; he let me know this and then went on a mission to find me another company for a better price. I ended up paying $20 more than I originally hoped, but I was still paying $100 less than what I had gotten offered anywhere else! Daniel is a godsend, he's super friendly and compassionate; he definitely deserves all of those awards! And everyone here is very helpful and they work quickly to help you resolve any issues! Harry helped me out today and he was nice and very clear when telling me what was going on, and Linda helped me out last time when I was in a rush, she was efficient, understanding and respectful of my time. I needed to insure my new motorcycle & was referred to Marty. I also had him check for cheaper insurance for my auto since I have went through AIS/Mercury for several years & every year my premium goes up when I have a good driving record. Everytime I revisited my policy with AIS they said it goes up due to the rates & they could never find me anything cheaper. When I initially called for a motorcycle quote, I spoke with Marty. Not only did Marty provide me the lowest quote from the various insurance companies that I called, Marty was also friendly and came across as a genuinely helpful person. Once I purchased the bike, I called back asking for Marty but Marty was off that day. My first thought was O Man Marty isn't there to help me, but the guy on the phone said I will be happy to assist you, it was Daniel.
