The gentleman that assisted us were very welcoming and friendly and they had a great promotion for a 5x10 storage for $49 a month so we took it! Also, we had our u-haul trailer that needed to get dropped off at another location, but we were able to drop it off at Storage Max which saved us time and made it so much easier! I highly recommend to come here, great service and great staff :)

Saturday 1/3/26 : I paid $69 for a new unit Sunday 1/4/26 : Moved my stuff from the old unit to the new unit and selected my move out date as Sunday 1/4/26. * Monday 1/5/26 : Public Storage charged me a $177 monthly fee * How can you charge me another month when I moved out of this unit the day prior? * I called customer service and they were horrible. I wanted to change my move out date to the end of the month since you already charged me for the month. Seems fair for a 5 year customer right? If I already paid for the month, I should be able to use ti right? Nope, you won't do it. This means even thought you took my $177 for the month, you can now rent that same unit to another customer and make money that way? If this is the way you treat customers I'll cancel and rent from someone else. What a horrible way to do business and treat your long time loyal customers.

I've now used Infinity Moving Company twice, once in 2022 and again in 2025, because their service is consistently outstanding. This most recent move was an 8-hour day from Austin to Cedar Park and involved two separate apartments--moving my daughter out of her apartment with four flights of stairs and me out of mine with one flight of stairs. They unloaded everything at my new apartment and then continued on to unload my daughter's belongings at her new place. Thankfully, both of the new buildings had elevators, it was a big job. I specifically requested Gerard again after working with him during my 2022 move because he was so exceptional--and once again, he did not disappoint. Gerard and Jamal were amazing. They managed to fit the contents of both apartments into a 24-foot trailer, and even my queen-size bed frame fit perfectly into the back of his truck. I was truly impressed. These guys were quick, strong, happy, and professional--true gentlemen with a confident, can-do attitude.
