Despite contacting the main office twice and being promised a callback, I am still waiting to receive one, so I contacted the Maspeth location directly. A manager named Eric was extremely thorough, polite, and accommodating. And to add insult to injury..they gave me a closet with no light in it..But about 4 rodent protective packet lining the closet. So I won't be able to see the dead rodents laying on my boxes. Smh!!! @ these companies wanting top dollar but providing bare minimum in anything. Do your research first ppl. Stay woke.
