Very professional and courteous crew who were extremely hardworking and never slacked off for a moment. They were efficient and polite and the price quoted was very reasonable and they did not elevate it after they were engaged in the move. I had that happen before . I greatly appreciate their integrity and will definitely be calling them again . Explained the process, we walked through the house and I explained what was needed and they offered suggestions. When they were done at our old house they had me walk through each room to make sure they were 100%. The new house went even smoother. Jason Taylor Moving company is the best moving company we ever used. We had our furniture in storage with them for 4 months before moving into our new home. The furniture was in perfect condition and the same team that moved us out, moved us into our new home. The move into our new home (built in 1929) was difficult since the stairs leading to 2nd floor were steep and narrow. The movers figured out how to make it work... no damage to furniture or walls!! So I callled to set up an appointment for moving. Gentleman on the phone asked me what I was moving. Told him I'm in the process of moving and gave him some large items over the phone and told him I had about 30 moving boxes. Instead of sending someone to estimate, which any legit company would do he is claiming that he gave me the estimate my phone. I did not call him with an inventory of every single item I need moved as most people who move from there home DONT walk around and inventory every item they pack. So they moved my things, the guys that packed it, I loved . They were cool as can be. I even gave them a ps3 and ps4 rather that taking the time to sell it online. Figured they worked hard enough. Anyway. So they told my wife they ran out of room on the truck and left a significant amount behind. The following day we called the company to see if they could come out and move the remaining items and he said he'd have to charge me a 3 hour minimum. The guy also told us that the movers didn't have to move everything they did, they could have packed what I told him over the phone and left. I've moved several times. This is the first company that didn't send someone to estimate and instead they blamed me. I was willing to pay them the hourly rate , but not a 3 hour minimum. I also had things moved to the center of my garage that was not being moved and found that things were missing. Yea they will tell you they asked my wife they found some things in the trash and my wife clueless that the stuff in the middle of my garage was "trash" . I also had items issues by the government that they took that I would like back. They just took it, kept it on the truck and didn't advise us it was on the truck read more

Totally awesome experience with Jason Taylor Moving. Made a local move from south Forsyth to Dawson county. Heard some real horror stories on another mover so I was very apprehensive. A friend used Jadon Taylor for two prior moves so I took her recommendation. Every step of the way the employees at Jason Taylor were responsive and professional. The move was estimated to take 7-9 hours. The guys showed up about 15 minutes early. Got to work. They were very careful with all our furniture , bins, boxes and appliances. Everything was placed in our new home on our direction. Again care was given to our belongings and to the house. We had just painted both houses and not a single scrub or mark on a wall. The crew ended up finishing my move in 5 and a half hours. Excellent work and under the estimate I was given! I cannot recommend these guys enough. Great moving company! Had no problem with the workers but the business low balled the price and didn't have enough room in the trucks for all of our belongings. They were also supposed to give the workers floor covering and garment boxes but didn't. We had to go out and buy the garment boxes and rent a Uhaul to move the remaining stuff they couldn't fit..
