I recently hired Top Dog for a move -- and it turned out to be the worst decision I've made all year. During the move, one of the movers entered my private bathroom without asking permission. He remained in there for several minutes, during which I was still being charged for his time. This was not only unprofessional but also a clear violation of boundaries. When I called the company to address the matter, the response was dismissive and unprofessional. The representative told me he "didn't see a problem" and compared the situation to letting a mover use his own bathroom. I explained that my bathroom had been professionally cleaned the day before -- and I had not even used it myself yet. I requested they arrange for it to be cleaned again, but my concern was brushed off. I was told they would "call back after speaking with the worker," but I never received any follow-up. No apology. No offer of resolution. No discount. Nothing. This company demonstrated a complete lack of respect for its customers and their property. Based on my experience, I strongly advise avoiding Top Dog for any moving needs.

They arrived on time to our storage unit and made sure to call giving us heads up when they were on their way. We had four strong young men who were very kind, friendly (definitely southern hospitality) and professional. They worked hard for us. Nice people and a nice, safe, clean environment.

In May, 2022, we used Jason Taylor to move from our home in to their storage warehouse. The estimator drove to our house to do the estimate (most companies I called would not physically come to see what we had). He over-estimated by a few hundred pounds- 18,000 vs. 22,000 lbs.) The move was completed in a day, despite needing a smaller truck to off-load up a long, steep driveway. The crew was incredibly professional. They worked as a team, with everyone, obviously, understanding their job. During the storage of our things, there was a minimal amount of water damage (in an off-site storage facility) to SIX items. We supplied the replacement cost (that is the type of insurance we were paying through Jason Taylor) and they quickly sent us a check. They even had a sentimental rug, not of great value, cleaned and restored - and still paid us to replace it! I can not say enough good things about them. From the moving crew to the office staff to Jason himself - they have been honest and easy to work with!! I highly recommend them. read more

Everyone we dealt with from Jason Taylor Moving was very communicative, answered all our questions, and provided all the necessary information we needed. The estimator, Wayne, even came out a second time to reevaluate, based on the packing we had done ourselves. The moving crew was the best we've ever had, and we've moved a lot! Benny was very friendly and respectful, and it was obvious he cared about his people and took pride in doing a great job. His crew, Richard and Santana, were also great! They were very efficient but also stopped to ask us questions when appropriate and to show extra caution with corners, doorways, floors, etc. Benny did a great job of directing his crew and training his newer crew member when something might need extra attention. I needed to move my belongings that had been in storage in Georgia to Florida. It was only about 2,500 pounds of stuff so it needed to be a piggyback load. I had gotten several quotes, but a friend in the business referred me to Jason Taylor. He found a truck in the Stevens network heading to Florida with capacity. His crew picked up my load from storage, drove it to South Florida. They communicated along the way and it turns out they could deliver a day early if it was OK with me. They arrived a few minutes early and had everything unloaded and furniture assembled and set up, including a beast of an armoire up stairs with angled architecture, within an hour. They moved us faster than the time they originally estimated (only charging me for the hours they actually spent doing the work), had great attitudes, kept things light-hearted but still very professional, & worked hard to make sure things were exactly as we wanted them before they left for the day. We used Jason Taylor's moving to move on Dec. 16th. I did a lot of research on moving companies before I chose Jason's. They were the only Atlanta moving company that had no bad reviews. All the other big companies had good reviews along with bad reviews. They did not disappoint. We had 5 guys move us and they were all very very nice and very professional. They were very careful with all our items and careful moving the items into our new home. I had a great experience moving with Jason Taylor Co. Richard and Dylan were excellent and took much of the stress out of moving. I rented my own U-haul and they were able to make everything fit perfectly. They were pros at getting into a townhouse with narrow hallways and had some tough and heavy items to navigate in. Everything was setup perfectly and they finished assembling a bed even. There was no damaged furniture and they wrapped items before loading. Jose A stacking and using all space in truck so all was secure and neat. Luis was moving so fast picking up all boxes and making a million trips non stop to truck and back. Jose Z had all rooms ready to go up stairs while all this was going on down stairs. Lee was the jack of all trades helping everyone out and breaking down all furniture that needed to be and assist everyone effortlessly. What really stood out to me was their attention to detail: before disconnecting or disassembling anything, they checked for potential issues and made sure we was informed and comfortable with the process. They maintained a clean and safe work environment throughout the day, never leaving tools or packing materials lying around. I appreciated how organized and efficient they were--they worked seamlessly as a team for the entire 9 hours, and someone was always at the truck managing and organizing it meticulously. The level of professionalism and teamwork displayed was impressive, and I truly felt that my move was in the best hands.
