The day of the delivery, since we had no idea when it was coming we stayed around, finally receiving an estimated range a little over half into the day, that went to 8pm. They ended up delivering the product an hour after the estimated range was over. What's worse, we ordered an unboxing and installation, and neither of those services were rendered. Instead of the company getting back with us to reschedule due to the inconvenience, we have had to call continuously to get someone out here to complete the delivery services and it has yet to be resolved. We are constantly given the run around and no resolution has been concluded. As a whole, I'm totally disappointed with the service that we have received and the customer service has been even worse with the wait times for getting into contact as well as the company not being able to get in touch with their own offices or management to get this resolved. I would advise anyone to use a different company if delivery is necessary especially if this is the type of service they don't mind extending to their customers. So please beware!!!!

The United States Post Office in downtown Romulus, Michigan is easy to access.  There is plenty of…read moreparking here.  The staff here is very much interested in their work and they provide quality service here.  The building is kept neat and clean both inside and out.  It is easy to locate the materials and shipping items as the vending area is kept well stocked. The counter clerks are very good at what they do and offer a positive outlook.  It's refreshing to do business with them.  If the building is closed there are some conveniently located postal boxes right outside.  You can drop items in when walking by or even drive up if you want to.  The building is located in a quaint plaza and the traffic passing by is usually quiet and moving at a reasonable pace.
